My candes fan is not working since 10 days and I had claimed my warranty and they also raised ticket with complaint no. And told me that they will reach maximum 5-6 days and it's already been 8 days ...and they are not replying ...first of all they they raised complaint no. in 2 days and now not providing service...this is the worst company I have ever experienced.🤮🤮...
