I purchase a gizer from Amazon since 25 September 2020. It has 2 years warranty, When I call customer service for my service related issues they provide me a number and said that to what's app Bill Receipt to this number, After that I send that receipt and also texting in that number, but I didn't receive any type of reply on it, then I also call in that given number which customer care provide me for my service, all the time mobile ranged & no one received the call from that end
