Cca Freecharge In — payment not done dish tv cc

I have online payment of Rs.500/- hdfc net banking through dt 21.04.2015 to dish tv cc no-[protected].
but still not recieved fund to dish tv accounts. my hdfc bank a/c is debited rs.500 dt 21.04.2015.
