Had made a atm withdrawal of rs
500 on 01/05/2016 between 12am -2am at
Mg road, ernakulam, kerala but i did
Not not recieve the cash and the said
Amount was debited from my account. I
Called the toll free customer care and was
Informed that money will be
Refunded within 48hrs. I was unable to
Follow up on whether the transaction
Was reversed for various reasons. I visited
The bank on 07/11/2016 and was
Informed that since it has been more than 6
Months, and money is as good as
Gone. I filed an atm dispute immediately. I
Was later informed that this
Complaint was closed without any notice or
Feedback to me. I also visited
The bank again on 21/11/2016 and
Reopened the complaint and again the
Complaint was closed without any notice. I
Would urge you to help me in
Getting my refund. You cooperation will be
Highly appreciated. I am sure
The needful will be done.
