[Resolved]  CLUB MAX — Fraud and misrepresentation

Hello, Hi This is to inform you that one of Club Max agent named Amit Saxena and Nisha Goyal has cheated me by giving wrong information about insurance policy of Club Max, they have collected Rs. 25, 500/- from me on 31st July 2014 on the name of Club Max, chek no 0000002, bank - HDFC bank, branch Pune, As discussed in prior emails with club max, Club Max was supposed to refund my money ASAP. First Club Max was promised me that money will be refunded in November 2014 but it was not happened and Club Max is failed to keep its Promise. Secondly Club Max told me that refund has already processed and i will receive my money till 16th of December and again i did not received any refund and Club Max again failed to keep its promise. Now you guys are telling me that due to the ear end Refund procedure is taking some time, which is not possible as I am following this since September 2014. Also if that was the reason then why Club Max lied in previous email that Refund has been already processed? Club Max guys are just passing the time over this issue. till now i was cooperating with Club Max in a hope that it will keep its promise but in vain. > my cell no is [protected] > > please do the needful > > Krishna Kale
