I have mailed earlier regarding the net connection problem but i have not got any kind of feed back from your side so i donot want to continue this service.This is to bring to your notice the poor Internet services provided by your
company on 25 August to till now, bearing reference User id[protected]. I am sorry to inform you that I was highly disappointed by the Service provided by your company this time.my problem are not sort yet


we have updated many times that we have bought modem from the airtel, Infact have shown reciept to the engineer from airtel despite of showing reciept evry time customer care execuitves denies to except this.and every time we are getting wrong information from your side.


We would not appreciate this and we would like to disconnect our connection

Dear Sir/Madam
1.) I have a compaint for my landline number[protected], Past from few months My CENTREX number have been changed by airtel without my knowlegde and request, when i complaint regarding they do not agree and put on us saying that you only have requested, were ah i dint, STILL NOT YET RECTIFYIED.?
2.) Secondly My NUMBER WAS ACTIVATED FOR PARALLEL RINGING TO MY CELL NUMBER WERE AS THAT TO THEY HAVE DEACTIVATED WITHOUT MY REQUEST,
3.) And at last when i stopped making payments of the airtel bills they have disconnected my BROADBAND Service,
i Knew if still i wont make a payment they will also disconnect my incoming/outgoing,
But Guinenely for all the problems i have given complaints and taken complaint request number too,
Every of your customer care people will committ that your problem will be solved within 24 hrs, but nothing is going to happend with there commitement, at last they send a message to my cell saying that your complaint request is been solved.
Iam Fed up with the airtel service and wrong commitments, iam loosing my buisness by there wrong commitment and changing my centrex number and parrallel ringing and broadband,
I want an BUISNESS LOSS CLAIM Past from 6 months due to all this problems.

i had got call from airtel to cancel porting request and had given me local call offer on 4th feb 2013 and he had told me just to send a msg CPR to 121 to cancel the porting request and i had done it on the spot and i got msg saying your porting request has been cancelled.

And on 11th feb i got the mail that my scheme is been activated in morning so i had recharge my number of Rs150
and then on same day evening after i recharged my number i got msg from vodafone that it has been successfully ported to vodafone so coz of porting i loose my 150 rs and i had recharged after their conformation mail
so i just want my 150 Rs back by cash or recharge on my number anything will be ok.
and i need it as soon as possible.
