Hi , As Iam transferring from chennai to Hyderabad on 7/11/07,I want to surrund my number [protected] .So please deactivate this line from 8/11/07.Please do the needfull regarding this.sent mails to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com,corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.co.in,corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.in corpcare.[protected]@hutch.co.in,Did not get any acknowledgment from any one of them,So please deactivate as soon as possible. I am a vodafone user for the last 3 years and now i am thinking of to chnage my postpaid connection to idea or airtel bcoz of the poor customer service and cheating in the bills also.
When it was Hutch i have paid almostly rs. 1500 plus minus 300 / month but as it goes vodafone my bill goes over rs. 2000. And it has poor connectivity, poor service plus the scheme they had given me also cuts without any prior noyice. Can anyone suggest me for good Network provider? I want to close it as early as possible.

Vodafone — unhappy with new vodafone connection
Hi All,As I have purchased new Vodafoe Connection, After that it worked for 6 days. Then unfortunately my ooutgoing calls is be aboart, due to incorrect address. So I have provided my address proof and even told to take Passport photo copy too. As your enquiry Executive came on 16/09/08 for enquiry and told that all documents are correct and Outgoing calls will be activeted within 24 hrs . But today is 18/09/08 and morning I have called Cust care and had chat with Deepti and Vani, They couldn't able to provide me correct details about my connection status and they don't have any sort of information regarding my connection, Its already more than 6 days my connection is disconnected. Even I told to connect to Team Leader, but they disconnected my lines. what the hell is going on with Vodafone company...

Hutch - Vodafone — International calls & connection
Dear Sir/Madam,I am a subscriber of Hutch - Vodafone mobile calling service ([protected] pre-paid) in Mumbai. My relative lives in the Middle East and to whom I make calls frequently. Since a few days, lets say, when I dial for my relative's number, without sounding a ring at my end, I am charged for the call. My relative does not get any ring either so the talk does not happen. Its been a loss of money for which I have received no service at all. On earlier occasions I have called the Hutch operators, to which, the standard reply is that the exchange on the other side has a problem and that they (Hutch) are helpless about it. I am now afraid to make any international call for I might lose money unnecessary.
Could you please look into the matter immediately. Your prompt response will be highly appreciated... N. Gandhi
