I Have been Working in Call Centre Executive in Allsec Technologies in Cochin, Kerala.My Name is Prasad B. The company is not contributed their ESI and PF Contribution.They are deducted Employee Contribution from our Salary, Then what we do, Please take necessary action .

Actually i was in my office complete day, no body came to deliver the consignment, but i received sms, despite of that no body is picking up the phone,

JP Enterprises Ltd — Non Payment of PF Dues

Dear Sir,

I was an employee of M/s Jaiprakesh Enterprises Limited from 1st Sept, 2000 to March '2004 with employee no 400 worked at Tehri Dam Project. Further after my resignation from the company I have applied for refund of my PF dues but the company has not responded in this regards.

Hello Sir/Madam,

I was an employee of Les Concierges Services Pvt.Ltd, PF number - KN/24227/2002. I have applied for withdrawal of my PF amount in the month of December 2008. Generally it takes 45days to recieve the amount, however I have not recieved the amount yet.(Feb 2009).

Pls let me know what is the status of the withdrawal.

Enter prise BPO — Provident Fund Not Getting.

Dear Sir/Mam,
My name is Hranya Bisoyi, I have small quarry. That is I was working with a company call “Enterprise BPO”, Its located Mumbai.
I was working over there last December 2005 to April 2007. I left this originations near 2 years but still I was not getting my PF amount. I already two time enquiry with PF office they said that, still this company not sublimated your application. Also I talk with the company HR/Admin department they said that you will get the amount soon.
As per my knowledge we suppose to get this amount with in 3-6 month after living the originations.
So this is my request to you, please do let me know what should I do?

with due respect i wanat to bring to your kind notice that i have worked at B.D.Khanna Publicity at A- 111 Lajpat Nagar- 1 New Delhi 110024. From 22 August 2007 to 14 July 2008. They ducted 600 Rs. from my salary each month (first start from octber 2007 and the last july 2008. total 10 month @600 total). And my PF Account No is DL 7750150. I have resignd on 14th jylu 2008 and I visited to B.D. Khanna Publicity on 14th september 2008, and submitted my PF with draw form then Mr Jitender Sarkar, The Media Manager of that company, told me come after one month. after one again i went then again he told me come after one more month, finally he refused to sign the Document. I also have appliend in your office and wrote a letter to you on 12 jan 2009, in that mentioned reouest to sign the Document from your inspector. but yet now after 40 day I have not receive any information.

I am reouseting you please provide me my Provident Fund amount, I needed must.
i will be highly obliged you please do some thing in my favour

EPS BOND — SPELLING MISTAKE ON EPS BOND

VERY VERY URGENT

MY PF ACCOUNT NUMBER WAS KN/BNG/000120/021444.

I HAD RECEIVED EPS BOND CERTIFICATE IN THE LAST WEEK OF NOV 2008.
IN THE BOND CERTIFICATE WE FIND THERE WAS SPELLING MISTAKE IN THE NAME "IN THE NAME OF RAJGONDA IN PLACE OF REQUIRED "J" "I " IS APPEARED.

FOR WHICH I HAD SENT THE LETTER ON 31.11.2008 ALONG WITH COPY OF COVERTING LETTER.AROUND THREE MONTHS OVER THERE IS NO ANY RESPONCE FROM THE OFFICE.

I KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO SEND ME THE CORRECTED NAME EPS BOND CERTIFICATE URGETLY.
