A 3600 model, bought in March 2009 is dead. Kaput, within three months of purchase. The system does not react at all, though while charging you can see a red hour glass figure. This morning I gave it to a Nokia Care centre in Ghatkopar, Mumbai for repairs.
Nokia is getting from bad to worse. Their products are absolutely disposable, but we have to make do with such faulty product design because we have no choice.
Worse is the customer care policy. There are endless queues and tokens at all their customer care centres in Mumbai. The staff is absolutely clueless, maybe having done some part-time course in chip level repair. For every question, their standard answer is that you will have to leave it behind.
Revolt against Nokia and its practices in the country.
