[Resolved]  Vodafone Customer Care and network — Lazy work from Vodafone

Hi,
I am Pavan Betageri Form Nagpur, I took post paid connection from Vodafone, after that i am facing problems with outgoing calls to Mumbai Reliance Numbers.And Unfortunately my Boss's Number is reliance.I have registered complaint twice but still I have not got the solution.Every time customer care executive gives me one deadline date of problem resolution but they won't give any kind of Feedback.If this is Vodafone Customer Care Service unit, then why the hell they are showing so much of add campaign on TV Channels to market their sim cards!!? And one thing I want to add if I try to connect to Customer care unit call gets disconnected!!!?? I am really Frustrated from this service.Sorry to say that Vodafone Customer care unit is Lazy and trustless.I need solution for this else I will Submitt my Sim and Switch to another service provider.Please Help me for the same.

my mo no-[protected] has not been activated for past 3 days, i have given FIR for lost sim at vadafone mini store(WELCOME MOBILE SHOP )VALLABGARH to MR VIKAS 3 days ago, but till now my no is not activated, please take appropriate action for this as soon as possible .

Really dirty vodafone service. i am using prepaid connection with out my notice 100 rs has been deducted. tried many times to connect to customercare but could not. vexed of that n/w.

On 25.02.2009 i got a massage on my mobile phone that my post paid bills will be directly debited to my bank account but it is regreted that i have not exerciesed such any option with the vodafone or never ever make any such request from my mobile phone or in written form.This kind of act is showing bad intends of the company or its employees with the customers of post paid. This will adversly affect the business of Vodafone. I hope this option of e-payment will be revert back by the company keeping in view of good relationships with the customers of post paid . If this grievance is not sort out i will not be responsible for non payment of bills. And if i got more difficulties i will lodge a complain in Consumer Forum.

This is raju from gurgaon my mobile no is [protected] i never expected such things from vodafone matter is just Rs 11/- on the day of holi vodafone deducted my amount for without any reason a called up to customer care around 15 times all of them just listened my story and made fun of it non of them solve my problem they said aapne sms pack activate kiya tha 11rupee wala how is this possible when i am alredy using sms pack of rs.35 and i had free sms around 300 that time too one c.c.e registered my complained and the no is [protected] he said mistake was from our side we will reverse back your amount within 48 hours i waited for time but no action was taken again i called up to vodafone and spoke to mr sukhvinder (team leaderhe) he too said mistake was from your side really embarcing this is not the matter of Rs11 but also the intigrity of your brand. poor survice in future i will not use vodafone and not even recommend to anyone alse if the action will not be taken.

Vodafone — how 2 access the television channels on mobiles

iam from indore vodafone is just launch in indore inspite of making a good relationship with customer store executives are throwing attitude while handling the customer miss "Sonal Rai" vodafone store executive sapnasangeeta indore treated me very badly she is busying in her personell call in front of customer n as it is her store manager they all are not able to give the proper bil explaination!!!

i bought a vodafone prepaid sim card 1 week back and had incoming and out going call but from 2 days back my out going calls are stopped by vodafone

the reason is non submission of documents
but i have submitted my documents

please help it is very diffucult without out going calls.

but still i.e., not activate

and also not giving feedback also.

This is regarding the cancellation of caller tune.
Revert normal caller tune in my mobile.
I am also requesting you to block all bogus calls and messages from Vodafone.

i am from punjab dist(sangrur) vill-rattakhera there is no network in our village.In news paper i saw ur company add of tower wanting 50gaz place.i call at given contact number [protected] and told me to deposit Rs 5500 in icici bank at name of pankaj kumar . i deposit money in pankaj kumar account.and told me that in 8 days survey team will come but no body came to me 15 days are over.plz tell me about this that this is vodafone company member or not.ask ur punjab survey team about my adress was my adress given to them or not.

my mobile no. is [protected]. since last three years i am using this no. without any problem. but, very recently about three days back i am getting annoyed with this no.[protected] who is not disclosing his name & from where he is talking. he is abusing in very bad words. i want to know whose no. is this ? it could be helpful to take action against him if his name, address is available. i request you to kindly help me or advise what can be done.

i m father name is janarthanam . im her daughter, he using vodaphone, he has lost his mobile last month, Oct 2009 and i immidiately lock the sim, afer i got duplicate sim, latter i called to customer cal to activate the sim, they gave me 24hrs after again i have givencomplient to customer care sill to that they are not responding properly please make it consider his mobile no is[protected] kindly msg mein this no[protected]
pls make it fast as soon as possible
