[Resolved]  EPFO India, Bandra, Maharashtra — PF CLAIMS PENDING FOR 60 DAYS

Dear Sir,

Myself Laxman Srawan Badgujar, was employee of Central Government and retired on dated 30.01.2009. My Employee pension form was released from Jharkhand government in last year Oct 2008 and came to Bandra P.F office January 2009. For the enquiry of my pension amount in Punjab Bank, i was personally contact at Bandra P.F office and as per their confirmation they despatched to Nagpur Office in Feb 2009.

But after seversal enquiry from various P.F offices approaches regarding my pension fund amount deposit to my Bank i could not found any satifactory result. Its already 6 months left the process start but we are still get to know about my pension Fund deposit status to my Punjab Bank. Can i expect a necessary action from your end to acknowledge my query which is need of my current situation.
Current status it is pending with Nagpur P.F office and i tried several times to contact them but unable to cantect them.

Further are my all details pertaining to my enquiry:

Iam viswanath i need some information on my PF Account. I have applied for PF in Jan 2007 and received checks in July 2007. But my problem is, while applying PF i have given my Sisters Checks to deposit my amount in to her account no. I have received checks with my name and my sisters account no, so bank people has not deposited my amount in to her account due mismatching account name and account no. Bank has returned me checks and asked me to deposit in to some other account, due to mismatch in account name and account no iam not able to deposit in to any account. from that time checks are with me.
Can you please suggest me how to get my money back.

I transfeered amount from TN/50279/1019 to MH/24002-A/8936 on September 2008.when i approached Chennai PF office regarding this they told that amount RS 26, 816 has been transfeered from TN/50279/1019 through cheque(Cheque number:509633 dated 26/12/2009) to MH/24002-A/8936 .Due to personal reason i have closed MH/24002-A/8936 on APRIL2009.My settlement has done on July 2009.But still the amount is not transferred from TN/50279/1019 to MH/24002-A/8936 .I got only the amount what i had previously in MH/24002-A/8936 .Please help me in this aspect.
