company has no norms nothing, it expects every thing from a employee but inreturn if employee expects anything means company remains silent.that is what happened in my case too. years passed away i am doing my job. i will not say i am doing perfect in all my way, but i am doing my best of my efforts and bringing company some thing profit. i didnot ask for share in that or many incriments just expected a confirmation.this stupid company dragging me to hell day to day which in asking i got tires but of no use. i am writing this because i just want to aware the people and i want to say dont ever join this bloody company ever in life. People are false their words are false complete organization is false.
