Hi, I have not subscribed the aircel music connect service. But without any prior information for the past month i have been charged 30/per month for my sim"[protected]" and today i received a message that i will be charged for next month also. I am trying to call the customer care but in vein. I need to unsubscribe from the music connect service and the charged amount should be repayed to my account. Always getting calls from aircel for promotional offers,i usually disconnect but this time i listened to the whole recording of the offer which was ''subscribe to Aircel Friends Zone'' and i disconnected the call, but after a while i got a message from aircel that u hav been subscribed for the offer, you are charged Rs.30, i felt so cheated. i tried calling customer care but it is so confusing, got tired and then stopped trying . i usually get my mobile recharge of Rs.50 but for this time i had got my mobile recharge of Rs 100. My mobile number is [protected] Yes theses promo calls and messages can be the reason for these activations when responded, try to get your DND service activated and get rid of this problem.
Aircel — Deliberately enabling music tune
Hi, i have recently taken Aircel sim, no.[protected]. I got call from Aircel regarding music tone , i said no for that but they activated it deliberately and deducted Rs 30. After complaining they refunded the amount. Again in next month they deducted Rs 15 saying music tune got auto renewal and refused for refunding. Why i should pay for which i never activated. Please help. It can happen when you respond to these marketing calls and messages. In order to get rid of these try and get the DND service activated. Thereafter you will have no more unwanted activations and deduction in balance. Wish you luck.

I am also facing the same issue. I recently bought this aircel sim and it has already started giving me enough problems. 90% of the calls i get are promotions and also the music connect service has automatically been enabled and i've lost Rs.30/. Please deactive/unsubscribe my number from this service. It is[protected]. Kindly cancel and re-credit the amount. It is registered to Ms.Lavanya Subramanian.

Without any prior information, Aircel has activated music connect in my mobile number ([protected]). For the past two months, they deducted 60 rupees (30 +30) from my account. When I called customer care, they told that no services are activated in my number. But in January 4th also, they deducted 30 rupees. Please help me to unsubscribe this service. Dear Customer,
