[Resolved] Aircel — ILLEGIBLE SWAP AND MNP | |||
Dear sir/madam, My aircel no [protected] was swapped and ported out to AIRTEL illegibly ON 14072011 and I want to know 1.on which date it was swapped, 2. what was the porting code, 3.from which IMEI NOHANDSET THIS CODE was generated, 4.from which SIM NO this porting code was generated In this regard I contacted mrs Madhuchanda Nanda [protected] without any answer. How a persaon is getting the swap and portable code without any legal document varification kindly let me know over email [protected]@gmail.com or ph no [protected],or else suitable legal suit will be initiated against the company management for such careless scenario. With regret I am to say that after 21 days and so many daily telephone calls to your appellate authority over [protected] and 2nd email on 16082011 your team is unable to answer the basic questions put by me, your daily activity report on the matter and I also want to know how Airtel authority accepted the porting in without verifying the customer details of the donor company/network .
Expecting a quick response and a mutual settlement off-the-court,
yours very very unfortunate and unhappy customer
