Aircel unsubscribe services — Unsubscribe Aircel pocket stores
Dear Sir,Aicel have been charged Rs 5 daily for subscription of Pocket store. I have not been uses this services on my Mobile No [protected] than also they have charged Rs 5 daily form my main account bal.

Aircel pocket Store was automatically activated in my mobile no: [protected], and its been repeatedly being activated for few weeks now. Though i tried all the customer care contact no. Could not reach any executive .
i tried all the no.s they provided such as121, 198, 155223.. Every time it says i do not have any VAS activated against my no. and still Rs.25 is being deduced from my card at a regular interval of 7days ..
Please help.

Automatic activation of Aircel pocket store to mobile no : [protected] for few week, with deduction of Rs.25 every 7 days

The Mobile Store/Aircel — Regarding pending Mobile connection
I had purchased a mobile phone (Moto W388) from "The Mobile Store Ltd", City Centre, Salt Lake, Kolkata on 19/11/2008. I had received the phone in good condition. A free prepaid mobile phone sim card was also given to me (under an offer) along with the mobile set. The sim is of "Aircel". I had submitted required documents (photo identity card, photograph and application form)asloo while the purchase.I also paid an additional Rs 249 towards the recharge of the same sim. However till date the connection has not materialized and is lying dead. I have visited the store 4 times after this and each time my name and contact details were noted down with a false promise to get back to me. However no one ever called me or bothered to answer my queries. The authorities have shrugged off the matter by telling that Aircel is not responding. I have neither received any application rejection letter nor any communication from Aircel/The Mobile store so far.I want a complete refund of the amount paid by me towards recharging (Rs 249/-) the dead connection along with a compensation for all the hassles that I had to face and the free mobile connection which I have due.
