[Resolved] Aircel — Cheating customers | |||
My phone number is [protected] I have ported out my number from vodafone to aircel because i was promised cheaper call rates with a completely similar plan. I placed a service request with AIRCEL to activate a service pack which will eventually reduce my call rates. After a few days i was informed that my plan is not valid for this service pack. Where as i was promised that this service will be activated. I have been cheated and the customer care center is not bothered about the incident. They not interested in finding out which dealer made you this promise. I have also checked on AIRCEL website and its not mentioned any where that the service can not be activated on the plan that i am using. Its a case of FRAUD. Was this information helpful? | |||
