my bsnl phone no.is [protected].many times had gone with me that i was loss my balance without used.so i am very troble to this please help me. and bsnl customer care calls are never connected.try to solve it.

I've been using aircel . My mobile number is [protected]. On[protected], I called the customer service executive for knowing details of RS.5 Pocket internet recharge card. I was told that I can enjoy unlimited browsing for 1 day. So I Recharged my account with RS.5 Pocket internet card on[protected]. I browsed for some time and i saw that i lost my account balance RS.5o. When I contacted the customer service executive , I was told that the Recharge to RS.5 Provides only upto 20MB of browsing. I was disappointed. The sole responsibility for my loss of balance is the executive who told me that the recharge provides unlimited browsing. When I again contacted the customer Service executive, an executive named Geetha attended my call and forwarded my call to a senior officer named Mohana. She told me that she would do me the best and also told me that she took a complaint about my problem and solve my problem within 24 hours. Yet I didn't received any complaint Reference number. When I contacted again on[protected], I was told that no complaint was taken regarding my complaint. I can't do anything. So I need my lost balance again.Otherwise I am going to file a case against the company.

I am sanmithra.I had an issue with aircel service in recent times.every month I recharge my mobile with rc149 for balance and rc128 for internet. last month I lost my rs.150 balance suddenly. when I called Customer Care for the reason they said It was due to internet surfing. but I have still 100 mb 3g data.
And now this month again I lost rs.200 and again they say it was due to internet surfing but I have 200 mb 3g data
no aircel representative is responding properly and disconnecting my call. I went to Aircel office regarding the issue but they are very rude.
