Hi,

48 hours passed, you wont feel the agony and the inconvenience which i am going through, as i am the one who is sufering from it and not you.

Today, I took the pain of calling customer care, snce you did not responded to my email, by sending me a system generated email you think your work is done, and you have all the time in the world to solve my issue.


You can continue sending me your templates, till the time you have answers to my questions mentioned in trail
But hear me out, i am writing this mail to the operator for the last time, tomorrow when i'll be sending an email, this time it wont be the operator.

I am having 2 connection - prepaid for your company, now i dont know whether i should be happy about it or in remorse.

My complaint is about the 2nd connection which i purchased 4 days back, outgoing services for the number got barred without any communication, i am still guessing why the number is barred, i thought there was some technical issue due to which i was not able to make call the entire day yesterday, but today morning when i again attempted an outgoing, call disconnected.

I visited your touch point( channel partner ) in mira road twice yesterday and today again, he assured my number will start by day end, the day is over, still i am not able to make call.


I still dont have the reason for barring my service, but i wont call up at the customer care. for a very simple reason. you set up a call centre for customers to raise their concern wth them and they with their sweet talks keep apologizing for the inconvenience caused by you to us till the time the issue is resolved or the customer goes out of the system.

I am not a customer who will be deceived by apologies and customer oriented statements.

Actions expected
Reasons of occurence
Actions taken ( also include unbarring of both the numbers )
Precautionary measure which will ascertain such mishap dont re-occur

Anticipate a revert before tomorrow 8PM, if dissappointed, this mail will go to the consumer forum & DOT.

i am using your service for 2 year completed...
now mine is not working for outgoing call but still working incoming call so i want to used continouslly your service..
so how can i connect your service agian for same number, ...
