[Resolved]  Aircel MNP — Rejection of MNP request several time

My mobile number is [protected], i have been trying to ported out from Aircel to any given operator because of its poor network. i had aready applied five nos of times (all time fresh UPC by waiting for 15days) and each and every time i am getting response that my request has been rejected due to mismatch in UPC. making of such mistake once is possible but how can an educated fellow repet several time. simply aircel do not want its costumer to ported out. Tomorrow for the sixth number of time i am going to apply for MNP by UPC code DO237886, if this time they will reject it with their similar funny answer, i will be forced to through this sim and will take a new connection. for me MNP is a terrrible experience. please short this issue.

Aircel — MNP request rejected/documents not updated

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a prepaid SIM from Bira Communication and got activated it on 13.02.2010 followed by submitting documents of POA(Electricity Bill) and POI (DL)on next day. I don't know why but I came to know latter that the SIM was not in my name. I was ready to submit the document agin but the AIRCEL is not is receiving it I afraid that of loosing the connection.
Seondly, I have requested for MNP for changing my operator to Vodafone on 24.01.2011 but vodafone has informed me that AIRCEL has rejected the proposal for outstanding dues aginst my number [protected] which is not at all true as it is a prepaid sim and having a balance of Rs270/- at present. Again the I don't have incoming facility for about two months and only enjoying outgoing facility.
To solve these two issues I have lodged several complaints with AIRCEL customer care, Nodal Officers and have been to AIRCEL store but all in vain. Even AIRCEL customer care executive has told me that I can't go to legal forum as the SIM is not in my name.
Please help me.
Again let me know how the GOI/TRAI is checking the genuineness of grounds of rejection of MN proposal by a service provider company ? Now I am making my mind

I also tried to port out my aircel number to videocon. I tried for 3 times. It was a terrible experience as there is no proper response from Aircel. Each time they are giving some reasons and rejected my port out request. I got exhausted and left that aircel number inactive.
Its true.
They have a very poor signal so i want to port out of my aircel number.
They gave me stupid reason that the documents are not matching.
I asked them to let me know which document i have given as a proof for aircel.
But they are not ready to tell.
They just dont want their customers to port out.
The only option left to me now is to throw that sim out n get a new one.
