[Resolved] Aircel — UNWANTED DEDUCTION | |||
Respected Sir, I am JUNAITHHUSSAIN. My Aicel number:[protected] Just one month back only I took this new connection from you, Earlier I used Airtel and Bsnl. In Nagercoil this two providers not given the satisfactory service to me, so after dissatisfaction taken AIRCEL. Net work signal and Charge wise AIRCEL is EXCELLENT, but customer care/customer support is very worst. Four days back I sent a complaint regarding "GPRS settings", Next day I got call from your customer support, they told due to the technical problem your help lines 198 and 121 was not working. If that was true why not you arrange to sent messages to your valuable customers. How we knows, we were keep on trying hours and days like me how many peoples suffered who knows. Daily how many useless and unwanted messages you are sending. For this situations you can not do any thing? Try to do any alternative solutions to your customers, think it over. In Nagercoil no Aircel offices available. Only dealer and distributors. While we approaching for any thing they simply says “CONTACT CUSOMER CARE” Their responsibility over. Ok Sir, Now I come to the main matter that how you are troubling or cheating the customers, Once again reminding you, this sim card one month back only taken, That time I came to know Dialer tune added for new customers immediately I arranged for the deactivation. You can check in your system. 19th March 2011 received the below message “Dear subscriber, You have been charged Rs.30 for 30 days of subscription.” After that arranged for deactivation and received message on 23rd March 2011 Thank you for using Aircel Dialer Tunes. As per your request the service has been deactivated. Why you are troubling and cheating Really you have to ashamed for to take the poor peoples money in the wrong way, Try to find out to earn the money through many right ways. Why this deduction? Without usage do you have right to deduct? I was not requested for dialer tunes how you are activating and charging yourself Take this matter serious and return my money back to my account, otherwise I have to take this issue to CONSUMER COURT then only come to know in my behind how many money losers are there.
