[Resolved]  Aircel — network problem

I buy a aircel prepaid connection and i have no network coverage of aircel network on my phone when i talk to customer care representative he assure me to rectify the same within 2 days but still the problem is not solved even when i search manually i did not get aircel in the list they said they have congestion free network but in reality they have no network

One of the worst mobile operator i have ever seen. Recently i bought aircel sim.

I heard they are expanding all over india. Better they improve thier quality rather expanding.

there is no network in preethinagar area in mangalore city. pin code : mangalore 16. how many times we complained. so nobody buy this sim. please solve this problem.

I had brought a aircel sim a month back nd it has poor network connection actually it dosnt have network at all...
I staying at Kudupu which is about 14 kmt. from Mangalore...They funny thing is that the shopkeeper told me that in another 1 week from now on it will work properly, but its more than 1 month now nothing has changed...
Its is a newsense thing that they publish " ITS TIME TO MOVE ON" in their ads...
but its just ridiculous!!!

AIRCEL HAS NO NETWORK CONNECTION IN AREA NEAR MANGALORE ex. VAMANJOOR, KUDUPU, KAIKAMBA AND MANY MORE...
SO PLEASE NOTE ABOUT THIS AND TAKE SOME ACTION...

What is the reason that you are not able to connect to the net? Is your phone compatible with the GPRS settings required? If you are unsure of the settings and need guidance your best bet is to visit the nearest Aircel showroom and let customer care guide you there and then.

Sometimes the network does slow down in certain areas especially due to congestion at certain peak hours or due to the availability of towers. If you continue to face the problem constantly you must speak to customer care, they will surely be able to explain better.

I could not call any mumbai vodafone number. I called their cutomer care (can't call them that as they do not really care) 3 times and on an average must have been on hold for 15 min. The last time i was kept on hold for 35 min. Every time i called them I got the same response "your problem will be resolved within 24 hrs". Now it is 7 days old but it is till now not resolved. In short Aircel has the WORST service. DO NOT GO FOR AIRCEL.

Dear Sir,
I am using your aircel net on my pc . But only 10-15 Minutes after its disconeted and after
it not coneted, I have many time comlained on coustmer service but no possitive response
gain.plz do need ful.

That’s strange coz I have been enjoying an amazing speed with Aircel since the last 6 months. Why don’t you try to reset your gprs settings again or else just visit the nearest Aircel store and speak to the technical people there. Happy surfing 

There is a lot of problems of network in alappuzha district. There are pboblems in the main roads too.

Well friend I think Aircel in Kerala has a very good network coverage, I stay connected to all my friends all the time. Have you tried speaking to the customer care????

I am also facing network problem with aircel. there is a lot of network problem with aircel. whenever
i want talk to other person, its disconcted automatic. and in Sankar Vihar (MahipalPur, DELHI) no ne-
twork, signal always in scerching mode.I an so fad up with this connection.
