[Resolved] Aircel — Online Recharge Balance debited but Recharge Unsuccessful | |||
Online recharge (Rs 108.00 - full talk time) by debit card on 04-04-12 but every time recharge unsuccessful and balance returned in my account for 3 times (Citi gateway). But at the 4th time I tried to recharge thorough Bill Desk gateway (Aircel Website) balance debited but recharge unsuccessful and balance not refund. * Now what to do ? * I'm afraid to recharge online because it may unsuccessful and balance will wipe out from my account. pls help. I've recharged 193 through online recharge system on 20/02/1016. but got a message that recharge is unsuccessful. Money is deducted from my account too. I've checked the billdesk recharge details, it is showing the recharge is pending. My transaction number is KOR[protected]received through sms). My number is [protected]. May i get back Deducted money? How can I recharge again with this transaction number?

Guys, I got a call from[protected] claiming they are from Aircel team and wanted my debit card number or net banking user ID. I refused as I do not understand why they need my bank details for refunding when this happens automatically (or may be they need my account number if they are doing it manually). Authorities please look into this.
