[Resolved]  Aircel Prepaid — Balance Deduction

Dear Sir,
I have Aircel connection with number - [protected]. My last recharge on 3/3/0210 of rs. 125/- . I had recieved a call on 4/42010 at 8:27pm from aircel for caller tune regarding , but I refused that offer and neither call nor sms to aircel for any services. Then hockey alert auto activated and deduct mt balance with rs.7 next day i unsubcribed. On 5/52010 hockey alert again auto activated and deduct balance with rs. 7 . On 6/6/2010 caller tune also auto activated and deduct my balance with rs. 30 /-. I made complain to custmer care multiple time. My complain ID is 1-[protected]. I also sent email to aircel customer care. But not get solution yet. So, I am cheated from aircel. Please help me.

Aircel Prepaid — balance not returned back

sir,
I had got acall from [protected] on 08th may 2009 for activating hello tune, but i had disconnected the phone. they again called me back in 1min for the same purpose again i had disconnected. they phoned me back again ihad requested not to disturb me and disconected. On 09 may 2009 at 11:56:40am they activated hello tune on my phone rather i hadnt initiated it. Then i had called costomercare for help after repetitive try the had logged my complin complain no. is T[protected] and they assured me that my problem will be resolved in 3 days. when i had called after 3 days they told me next day it will be done. again i had called on next day then the are not ready to listen my words and disconected the phone.
Now what can i d? It is not a mater of some money but the way these companies are trying to earn money from costomers...
As far as I know large companies like these have huge backend customer service which works 24 by 7 on customer issues and in my case they have been quite effective too. I think since you already have a complaint number the company would definitely be looking into the matter or else you could call in once again for an update.
my complaint is that my no [protected] and i am not getting speed to GPRS also downloading is failed after some seconds

Aircel Prepaid — inappropriate balance deduction

this is a complaint from my side to you on aircel prepaid service.
my name is rahul singh and i use the number [protected] of aircel
there are many unwanted calls and iam a victim of such a call
though the unwanted call facility will be activated in 45 days
still the people disturb and activate services without taking proper confirmation
on my number such a service of voice chat was activated without confirming from me
and when i complaint in the customer service no proper response was given and they said the balance of rupees thirty was deducted after confirming from me which is not the fact
i do not want such services and activate only those which are of my use
to this one i gave no confirmation and still balance was deducted and it was sctivated
the customer care people to did not give proper response to me please help me

Aircel Prepaid — deduction of balance without confirmation to activate service

this is a complaint from me rahul singh usr of the nunmber [protected] of aircel in uttar pradesh lko
this complaint is being made for deduction of balance in an appropriate manner while not making confirmation to activate a service of voice chat and when complaining the customer care not responding to the complains
stating that the confirmation was made after one of the executives made a call to activate the service
which is clearly not true because i denied to accept the offer of the service and still it was activated
please help me

May I know what kind of services you are company is providing?????Last month on jan 22 I sent a mail for deducting Rs 30 from my main balance for caller tune which was not requested by me and was without my permission. Somehow I deactivate the caller tune but I didn’t get my deducted amount back into my account. But I don’t react much and leave the matter with the hope that was a mistake and will not be repeated in future from your side. But I was wrong, everything was intentional and that’s why your people have done the same thing again today i.e. 9th Feb. 2010. Can u plz tell me what kind of fraud is this? What kind of method is this for fulfilling your damn target harassing and dissatisfying your customer? Now we all are quitting your connection and at the same time alerting and information our every known aircel connection holder about your this kind of fraudulent nature.

Aircel have deducted Rs30 from my main account, I didn't request for any caller tune but, they activated it. I complained it and they removed from callertune but, its been 10 days and they have still not refunded my money back. I am willing to take legal action against them. Its really a cheap thing of this company.
Hi friend did you check if any value added is active in your connection, which is causing the deductions. As such you can figure it out and deactivate the same if you want. Good luck.

This is true that Aircel activate services without our approval and deduct money. I have also suffered same problem. Even after request they do not refund money.

I have faced a problem regarding service activated by vodafone mobile co.(Missed call alert service) without requested & this is not a first time before these we have faced three or four times this type...money is deducted every time and now its over my head ..............facing so much problem............even customer care are nt responding in a proper manner they are just disconnecting the phone ....................after all this i want to aircel office that is in alambagh nehriya i met a aakash (custmer representative) he told me that he ll activate DND service.....and inform me as well on 15th sept bt he forget that.... as he told me when i visited again .plz take a action against this company ......

today i.e. 14/05/12 at 10:01 a.m. I got a message from aircel that you will be charged rs.30 for the renewal of music connect service. . I was wondered as i didn't have activated any service. . Then i called the customer care but no response from them they didn't pick my call i was put on waiting for half an hour. . Then i switched off my ph. And switched that on in the evening at 5 and at 7:18 p.m. I got a message from aircel that i have been charged rs. 30 then i checked my bal. And my bal. Was deducted . . After that i was calling customer care but they didn't receive my call and put my call on waiting for 35 min. And once for 20 min. And then i called them from my friend's no. Then they picked up my ph. After long waiting and then they didn't write my complaint and second time when i call them then write my complaint. . I want my money back within 24 hours...
