Whenever i try to call cus. care, the ring is gose long but i get no response. Very bad service. Unable to satisfy d customer.
I paid Rs. 1000/- against my mobile no. [protected] on 09/07/2009, but no confirmation received either by SMS. When contacted your customer service no [protected] they culd not help me. Please check and confirm me. Thanks

While Travelling with family from Moradabad to Faizabad with Ticket PNR No -[protected] in IIIrd A/c coach B1, TTE has alloted Berth No-52 to an unathourised person with Ticket PNR - [protected], on which allready one passenger was sleeping. On enquiring the TTE, he has misbehaved with us and used wrong words with our ladies members, on arguing with him, he has slapped me.
TTE concerned was on duty from Delhi to Shahjahanpur.

Aircel -For the past ten days I am suffering be.cause my out going was barred.Many times talked to customer care but my problem was not fully solved.Still I am un able to do calls from my phone.Bill not issued to me for the last period.If bills can be sent to to email Id it will be helpful for early payments.

There is a big Problem in line of custmer care in J&K. We try sevral times but we fail. what we do when custmer care not connect with us. Sometimes if line is connected when line trying to connect with c.c from the command of IVR, Suddnely it is disconnect.
And also, your website is not open in internet. Plz aatention on my problem.Ishall be thankfull to you. or give me any contact, which resolve my problem.

I have bought aircel prepaid card for using internet services on my PC.
For that i was asked for settings on my handset from customer care number 1214.
I have been trying 1214 from last 4 days but not able to get through.
The call gets automatocally disconnected after 2 minuntes.
Retailer is says he is helpless.

my number is [protected].. unfortunatly my son activated the aalaya darisanam ... i want to deactivate so kindly help me to deactivate
i have seen some railway officials misbehaving with travelers. One TTE, instead of inspecting the tickets slept and on the following day morning came and acted as a 'squad' and fined lots of passengers. i was one among them. the details i can give if asked by the competent authority. when i asked who are the other members of the squad, he says he is the only one in the squad! In the same bogey, there were many railway staff traveling and they were all on the side of the TTE, whereas many ordinary men 'perished' under the heat.
This is a very unusual problem that you have mentioned. The customer care is reachable almost every time. Try to visit a company outlet and report your problem.

The Aircel telecommunications is frauding with the consumers,The Complaints Are as follows:
1. Costumer care executives are not picking up the phone.
2.Lifetime Offers are promised at the time of sim purchase but works for just 6 months or less e.g on new sim call rate is 1p/3s A2A, 2p/3s A2O , and STD 1p/s for lifetime but worked for just 6 months.
3.Internet works for 2 days then doesn't works for 3 days.
4.Doesn't update offers on thier official site that harms consumers money.
Most Of the plans are changed but not changed to the site or they also dont inform to thier retailers
