Aircel — Unsubscribe from Value Added Services

My aircel no. is [protected]. I refused a call from aircel no. 57000 for subscription to aircel friendz zone but was surprised to know that Rs.30/- have been deducted from balance immediately. I made complaint on 121 to customer care executive which assured to refund it within 24 hrs. but till date it has not been refunded.

I have faced similar kind of problem for dialer ring tone & cheap rates SMS also, few weeks back. I spent lot of time & harrasment without any refund.

Aircel showroom at sector-14, gurgaon does not listen to customers problems at all & do not cooperate.

Is there anyone in Aircel who can look into it. Otherwise I am going to break my aircel sim into billion pieces with my shoes...

Aircel — value added service

am using aircel network , recently some value added service automatically activated . i complaint to customercare, but they did not give proper information to me ,so now am using airtel network. so, friends i[censored] use aircel , u can change a better network.

My aircel number [protected] has been automatically activated full song download pack. It deducts 5 rs each time.. I have lost 15rs till now what's going on? I have complaint in 198 for 3 times. The unsubscribed me but still I am being subscribed without my permission. What the hell is this?
please fix the problem fast otherwise your own goodwill will be lessened. I think I have to change the mobile operator now. Because the best network operator is nno stealing people..
