This is Satarupa Ganguly..my email I'd is sinha.[protected]@gmail.com..my phn no is [protected]..I have booked two tickets of "Apur Panchali", at 6.30p.m show, at South city on 04/05/2014, On Sunday from Book My Show..But I didn't get any confirmation SMS from book my show..So we couldn't able to watch that movie.becoz Fame did not give me tickets, becoz I didn't show them the confirmation SMS..But the problem is, you, I mean Airtel Money have deducted money from my Airtel Money balance..my transaction ID is
[protected]..This is really very insulting that you ppl deducted money from us, but we could not watch tht movie yesterday..As South City Fame did not give me the tickets .So I want my money back..You have taken money from my account, but we have not watch that movie..So I want my money back immediately..
