AirTel — amount charged per day 10 Rs
please refund the entire amount deducted by you at various rates on a daily basis to which i think airtel is also a party.Steps will be taken for mental harrasment as well as fraud and cheating in case the above is not done immediately.

My name is Sandeep kumar. I am using a Airtel number [protected].My due date for this number is 25th of every month. Last month I was on roaming so I could not make my payment before due date and my number was
disconnected. As soon as I came to delhi I got a call from payment recovery agent for pay the bill to resume your services and I made the payment of 4000 thousand and my service was resumed
after few hours. Again after two days my number disconnected and when I call customer care to know the reason, they said that your due date was 25th feb and your billing amount is around 7000 so you have to make at lest 80 % of the full amount to resume your service, so I made the payment of 2400 (total 4000 + 2400 = 6400). Then I call the cust. care to resume my service and your cust care executive said that “ok I will resume your service because have made the due payment and your next due date is 25th march”. My services resume after few hours. After two days again my number was disconnected and when I asked the reason they said “Sorry sir, your services will be resume after two
Now on 11th of March on the occasion of holi again my number was disconnected early morning and I was calling airtel cust. care from a telephone booth but no body picked my call. I am staying in Delhi alone I was disconnected from my family, my
friends, my mates, My relative on this special occasion .
AirTel — Message stop charges
I am getting messages from Airtel to vote BJP regularly, even sometimes everyday 3-4 messages I got from Airtel for give vote in favour of BJP. For stoping messages it need 3 RS. Why to give 3 RS to them because i never subcribe to these messages. I am paying to Aitrtel for good services not for advertisements. i want to deactivate the games on demand service in my landline i have not used it but paying it unnecessarily from the past 6 months please do deactivate it. Airtel Mobile — Downloads & messages on cell.
Have no Home page & access points. Still why ?and How ?the download msgs comming from http//in.dada.ji for charging Rs.10/- every day. I will not pay for such downlods as m not using this services but billing is made every month to the tune of 3/4 hundred.Please, stop immediately under advise to me.

i am simply charged for services not rendered.Every 5 minutes i m charged .30p or sometimes up to Rs.50/- for not using any services.I want to stop if any hidden services are installed.

Airtel — Charging Rupee for a day
Airtel Govt. Card, Govt. is charging a Rupee as a rental for the day, which was not there at beginning. Why are they charging now???, Even full talktime offers like, 205, 275, 375. are not available for Govt . Card. Why is so??......when you sell your card with one scheme and then you make changes in it as per your convinience???.....You offered Govt employee your services with low rates just to get new customer that too in a lot??....and now you doing this. I have not activated this service but don't know how z this been rendered to me and I have been charged even for this 20 Rs every week, , , I tried to stop this service through message..and approached to customer care but no use, ...please stop this service as immediate as possible, ..as I really not at all interested in paying for it.

I have not requested for any downloading at that time and I request you to recredit the same immediately.
It has become a practice by Airtel to charge and consumers like us to ask for refund for no fault o[censored]s.
I am never in the habit of asking for any download of any games and please for heaven safe refund the amount charged
unneccessarily charged and put a blanket ban for any downlaoding from this cell phone.
Also similarly I received a message from AT-AIRINF on 17.08.2012 @01:33:36PM as follows:
THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING ITW SANDALWOOD ON YOU AIRTEL MOBILE. YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS 5.0 FOR 3 DAYS AND YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE POST CHARGING IS RS 533.54 AT 13:33
Please refund Rs 5 charged in this message also
Similarly another message on 12.08.2012 @03:31:21 PM from AT-AIRINF has been received for downloading MBIZGame from AIRTEL. I have not downloaded any game so far . The Message is as follows:
THANKS FOR DOWNLOADING MBIZ GAME FROM AIRTEL YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS 50/-
Please refund this amount also.

When i contacted customer care, they said i clicked on a link.
After 30 min talk with the Customer care they refund me the whole amount.
Anyway AIRTEL SHOULD STOP CHEATING CUSTOMERS.
Even if we accidently clicked, Airtel must tell the user that you are going to download which is chargeable.
TRAI should please find a way to STOP auto downloads without user knowledge.
