balance deduction
hello my self manish i have very upset its deduct my balance every day 5 rs. when i call customer care its not working airtel customer care servies is very bad working

I am holder of the number:9949947370
on august 20th 2007 and september 24th 2007 my balance had deducted by 5 and 6 rupees respectively.both the times i complained to their customercare.they are not responding well i am calling repeatedly to them but they are not giving my balance back.their executives are always saying lie to me.I want my balance back.................

i had activated NOP service which cost Rs. 5 per day. my service was activated then also my balance was deducted for surfing nearly 90 Rs in single day.

my comlain have not been taken by coustmer care they cheated with me all time from3 days

i recharged with rs.89 voucher in that cpmpany mentioned THAT GET STD BALANCE OF Rs.89 @ Rs.1/minute. they didnt mentioned either its for mobile only or landline. But on 24JAN. company cut my balance around Rs.19 for my std call on landline. whil i call to customer care they are telling that it is customer fault n you should contact before reharge. this is truely cheating with customers. pleas make my balance refund.

hi, i am Karan Gambhir...my prepaid number is 9810089401 and in the evening my today (14th October 2008) my balance got deducted by about 30 Rs for which i did not get ne msg from Airtel.
my balance was sumwhere close to Rs 144 and on checking in the evening my balance was Rs.114.
i tried complaining on the Airtel cutomer care but the executive did not have information about it, and he told me to call after 24 hours.
please note i am not using ANY extra service except for Hello Tunes for which already Rs.200 was deducted from my account.
I want a refund of those Rs.30 !!..its highly annoying.i am really really dissappointed with Airtel and request you to register a complaint from my side, and pls make sure a get a resolution for the same !

There is a complaint against Airtel (U.P. West). I have activated mobile office on my mobile on 31 jan 2009 but no service activated and i haven't got any settings but When I contacted on it’s customer care, there was an executive, I told him my problem and he asked me to hold and after some time he said that he is unable to solve my problem and again make me hold for 15 min. and again he replied it may be some network problem and i am forwarding your call to my senior and again make me hold and after some time they disconnecred my call.at same time I several times tried to call but they have barred me to talk the care executive. It make me angry and after some time I again called to 12133 and to another executive and again told my problem and he guided me to make manual settings and asked me to cal again if not activated but I again failed to connect it and again call but again barred. I feel, I am helpless. I can’t sleep, I feel very upset. Next day around 12 noon They again deducted my Rs 20 without any net activation or request and since then I am trying and trying... to call the custumer care. but...
Really, I can’t express my emotions.
Really i am surprised what kind of a service Airtel is providing to its custumers and what they commit to them...just like politicians
After that, I said to my self, I will closed my no.
I am in hope that some day i will get my money back

sir, last night i recieved three messages from airtel that you have subscribed the caller tune for three months which is charged 15 per manth...so on and my balance deducted almost 100 rupees
i have faced the same problem two time in past and lost 200 rupees and once again it is done to me .
i called to customer care but they dont talk me and cut the call
i want my balance back and want to set something for airtel that in future its not happen with someone other

Dear sir,
We have not subscribed for any extra services in our Airtel mobile no. 9910728300, however different charges ranging from Rs 10 to 50 are being deducted. We request for removal of all our extra services from our mobile from immediate effect. Further the customer care of Airtel is the most most worst service provider, we have tried to reach customer care 20 -30 times for enquiring about various charges being debited, but failed to reach the customer care executive.
This type of service is sheer harrasement for the customers. The matter may please be taken with airtel officials

I complaint given in airtel costumer care at 121 number at list 3 times regarding Balance deduction but they told that we are charge approximately Rs23/- for GPRS service but can not use that type of service
Please take some action on that & help to Refund my balance as far as possible

There was a message from airtel on number "9928001179" that you have subscribed for hello tune and they deduct Rs.15 first and Rs.30. But we haven't subscribed this kind of offer. So we want our balance back.

I HAVE RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM AIRTEL THAT "THANK YOU FOR SUBSCRIBING TO SPICI JOCKES SMS PACK.YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED Rs.1 FOR 1 DAY " AND Rs. 1 DEDUCTED FROM MY BALANCE.
THIS HAS BEEN DONE WITH OUT MY ACCEPTANCE.
THIS IS UNFAIR .PLEASE IMMEDIATELY WITHDRAW THIS SERVICE AND REVERSE THE DEDUCTION .

airtel suckers, activated talkies pack services on my cell [9860762428] without my permission..... and now they are not refunding the amount they deducted... money sucker airtel...
yesterday somewhat abt Rs 325 were deducted from my cell, when i called customer care they told me that the balance is deducted due to tech. prob. and the bal will be refunded to u in next 24hrs. next day i got refunded with abt Rs.275 and on asking again customer care abt the remaining bal deduction , they told me that u have activated some talkies servies against that charges for monthly subscribsition has been deducted... but i have never activated such service. u r sucker u sucked my balance for no reason... i curse ur company may soon vanish from the market u mother f****** rascals fools... get lost.....

Dear Sir
I want to bring to your notice that i am the customer of Airtel mobile. Few days back i got a message from Airtel mobile regarding activation of Caller tune and my balance got deducted without my knowledge . When i had a word with the customer service executive Miss swati and the team leader Miss ashmita they told me that it had been activated from my side so the balance will not be reverted back , as already i had used the caller tune service for more than 24 hrs and within that i had to deactivate the service . I tried to convince them that, I had not activated the service they were not ready to hear any thing . I said Ok now deactivate the service i don't want any caller tune services. Then also the service not deactivated.. Today i Got one more messages saying your 10 rupees had been deducted due to renewal of service and this will not be reverted back but, they can deactivate the service.
I dont know why the voice of the customer are not heared at any end.. We suffer and the proverb Customer is equal to "cust karke mar " had been proved by the Airtel..
Is any body there who can look in to this.... Who can listen the voice of customer

I don't like to start with salutation as i don't think u people deserve this .
Just note that my mobile no is 9006812714 registered in my name R.P.JAISWAL , Qr No. 2024 SEC 12-C,BOKARO STEEL CITY ,JHARKHAND . Today is 10/04/2010 and I’m regularly getting messages from last 2 months from 54321 that Re1 has been deducted from my mobile and a g-talk has been activated . I have never apply for this . I even haven't received any call from airtel regarding this. I know u must b having a story that i have received a call from airtel and pressed so and so button and unknowingly the g-talk activated. Pls don't tell me any such story as this is not the first time such thing happened. i know u people have n numbers of trick to trap the customer and achieve ur target . This time i m not going to tolerate any such non- sense. U people are very unprofessional.
Eventually i warn u to revert my Rs 60 for the 2 months so deducted otherwise i going to highlight this to media. I also want an explanation for this.
U have to revert within 2 days.
Several times I have talked to customer care for this issue. U people are shameless .
Airtel is fraud .
