Shud i hope d justice from ur office or finally shud move to court for this matter, plz advise as m becoming very frustrated now o[censored]r teams.

I think u didn't read d entire case as u r talking for which handset dat is not mine.
The handset u r offering n talking about dat handset is not mine coz ma handset was in a very good condition by its physical n software wise condition, I was jus having issuer wid its track ball, speaker problem n was having restarting problem once in a blue moon only. I don think that u r talking about my handset.
Boss we are standing on same point from where we were started n I wil not accept dis handset which u r offering me as it is not mine in any condition.
It has been changed by ur support team n it shud not b done as a customer leave their so valuable handsets for repair on ur good faith n name only n ur team members r taking advantage of this.
But I will fight for this injustice wid a consumer.

I purchased a blackberry 9000 handset in April 2010. I had some issues in it so i submit it in your blackberry service support at Sahara Mall on 24th December 2010 vide Job Card no. S.No. SUB - 1717. Your executives told me that handset will receive me after repair in 10 to 15 days. after 12 or 13 days they called me that liquid found in your handset so we can not repair it and come n collect ur handset.
when i reached to collect ma handset from ur support team i found that the handset which they were returning me that was not mine, founded handset was in very bad condition and i was fully embarrassed to see ma handset because ma handset was in very good n in mint condition, and tell me if such handset was not mine den where is the question of liquid. They have changed ma handset. i need ma handset back in perfect condition.

So plz advise me what should i do in such circumstances, You are requested to plz inter vein in this matter n sort it out such matter as soon as possible.
