[Resolved]  Airtel — charging of invalid text based subscription services

plz deactivate the funzone subscription today my mobile nomber is [protected], i have lost my all balance and did't get any facility so plz refund my account

this is with ref to some vague activation of some text based services of which I am unaware of. This auto activation has been deducting money from my balance, sometimes at the rate of Rs20 a day, whilst I am not using my mobile for any such services.
This is a request to please deactivate the subscription immediately and refund the amount wrongly or forcefully deducted from my account, failing which I would be forced to lodge a complaint in the consumer'd forum.my cell no is [protected]

I am gettind SMS from64611010 thaanks for using subscription service on AIRTEL WAP. You have charged Rs 10/- per day . I that for the subcrition fee for one month.
I had by mistake subscribed for based service in Airtel WAP through http//; igmobi.com. what service is this .there is no text based messages i am reciving .your service is not use ful or informative. I am loosing Rs 10/-per day for no benfit and you are missleading NETsurfers at the time of subscription, you are not disclose the charges.
NOW ONWARDS PLEASE DISCLOSE THE CHARGES ON YOUR WEB CLEARLY.

i am the holder of connection from airtel mobile number [protected] and i being being charged rs.10/- per day for the services which i never got activated. i daily receive a message from the company like this "thanks for using (subscription, textbased services)subscription service on Airtel WAP. you'hve been charged Rs.10/-.Enter Fun Zone http.//igmobi.com.
I have six time lodged a complaint on the airtel service number 121 and they assured me that this will be got deactivated within24 hours . but nothing has been done so far. there are number of customer like this being exploited daily. please help us into the matter, thanks
