Dear sir, iam getting SMS from 64611010 thanks for using subscription service on airtel WAP yo've charged rs 10. I had subscription for text based service in airtel WAP through http://igmobi.com. iamlosing rs 10/-per day. iwant to deactivate this subscription by today. please be kind enough to deactivate this subscription to day my cell no [protected]. Airtel — invalid deduction of credit and reluctance to deactivate a service
sir/madamI am a prepaid airtel(bharti) costumer (no- [protected]).I am being charged rs10 per day for daily cricket updates.
however, i didnt even activate the service.
On contacting costumer care service am being told that the service cant be discontinued.
I request you to force the company to deactivate the service else i'll have to take strict action against them.

dear sir i recive the msg from 6582and i lose my balance 10 riyals daily.plz deativate this subscription.how u people distrub anybody by cutting balance. i am very disagree and angry.i also buy a new sim but the problem is same in mobily sim.plz refrim me.my number is [protected]

Airtel — Subscribing me to the services I don't want
I want to complaint against Airtel Mobile Service Provider which subscribes me to the services that I don't want to subscribe to and neither I do. Today on 27/05/2011 at 07:46 pm somebody from Airtel has subscribed me to the Voice Chat Service and Rs 30 amount has got deducted from my balance.This is not the first time that this kind of thing happens with me. Previously also they have done the same 3 or 4 times and when I try to complaint in the customer care they simply reply that I have subscribed the service and even if not, the amount cannot get back and we will try that it will not happen again. And again the same thing happens like today itself.

Airtel — AIRTEL : Being charged for services I have not used or never subscribed
A week ago i purchased a new Airtel connection "[protected]". Yesterday and today i got two shocking messages one after another;1. Thank you for choosing Astro on demand service. (Deducted Rs. 30)
2. Thank you for choosing Airtel Radio. (Deducted Rs. 30)
What the heck is this, i am being charged for services I have not used or ever subscribed?
When i called Airtel Customer Care executive, he transferred the call to his Supervisor (A lady with rude attitude) after a long wait. And after a long conversation about the issue, finally i got this answer;
" These services have been activated by the IVR automatic computer system, and we can't do anything in this regard, and disconnected the call. "
I never expected such nonsense response at least from a customer care executive. Why i'll pay for the service i don't want ? And also now a days Airtel charging for the call if you want their support. Hell i never saw such a stupid way of money making.
Adding my Complaint No : CBDAS[protected] Dated : 4th June 2012 Time : 19:25 In case any Airtel executive thinking to take action against this issue after reading this post.
