sir,

i am an IDEA customer. unfortunally the 'tashan.co.in' deducted Rs. 40 from my account balance. i dont know why they deduct this much rupees from my account.
For information I had seek the help of "idea customer care" . They said that i have registered to this website thats why they are deducting my balance and they don't know any further informations. Actually i don't received any from this website. i don't know whether they deduct my account balance further. i have seen many complaints against this website, that the people who subscribed this website is now facing the huge deduction of Rs:- 20/week. please save me from this balance deductions. please contact me through this email address: [protected]@gmail.com / [protected]@yahoo.com.

i am being charged RS.40 every month even though i have unsubscribed from d site and by msgs many times...kindly unsubscribe this service my mobile no. [protected]..

I have airtel pripaid sim two or more services are activated in my number ([protected]) e.g. pokkar girls,bollywood tushan ,play boy tashan etc. and daily cut my balance 20 rupees

main problem is custmer care number not connect after these subscriptions i recharg 40 rupees but all recharg was zero
so please unsubscribe all services and return my cuted balance

Air Tel Prepaid — My Rs 20/- deducted for service of tashan

I have received a SMS and stating Rs 20/ is deducted from my balance and after two days again SMS came Rs20/- again deducted from my balance, I have not asked for any games or for any their service,
In this regard , i wish that authorised person for this type of cuttings should get Heart attack, or he should met with accident and should loose his right hand and left leg or he should be punished through court of law

Then it asked my Cell No.[protected] I put t by mistake and I put my No.[protected] I verification code delivered to my cell. I just put the no on the web page. I found 10 rupees was deducted 6 times from my pre-paid balance. Now there is no option on www.tashan.co.in to unsubscribe this service.i m using an idea Sim.although i complained almost daily from 5th of Aug (first time the balance was deducted) to airtel customer care but they ave fake promises.so plz sort out this problem becoz now they are deducting on regular basis

Air Tel Prepaid — Starting a service without the Option/consent from the consumer and deduction charges without information.

Sir,
I have a prepaid mob no. [protected] . I have seen that when i remained in J&K where prepaid Mob of other circles do not work, the company activate the additional services at their own against which additional charges are required to be paid, without any option given by me for that service and deduct the charges without my. information , I have talked so many times to the customer care executives but the practice is not stopped..this time on 20/03/2012 i had checked through massage that there was no service active on my phone and the balance was Rs. 105/.-and gone to J&k.to day I have come back to Punjab and seen that my balance was Rs. 65/- only .Since I had not used the no. during this period , reasons for deduction of Rs. 40/- were asked from the customer care. they told that there was a service active on my phone from 29/02/2012 and deductions were made. i am to state that i was also in J&k in that period, the question of offering of my option to get activation of that service does not arise. So company activated the service without my option given for that service. This is a bad practice opted by the company. Most of the persons are not aware of this type of deductions and company is getting benefit illegally.This happened so many times with me. Now the customer care executive has stopped the option to talk with them from my no. Kindly take action against the coy and get refund of my deductions and warn them to stop such practice.
