[Resolved]  Airtel — Unwanted subscription of cricket alerts

Hi,

My Airtel Number is [protected].

One fine day, I suddenly received a sms on my cell saying thanks for subscribing to cricket alert services and they reduced my balance by 30 Rs.
After complaints at 121 and also sending STOP sms to 121 and UNS to 52906 they r not stopping the service and keep on cutting money from my balance. Pls. tell me what to do???
The sms r a headache for me at the night. Should i stop using Airtel connection???

My number is [protected]. I am getting charged for cricket alert which I did not activate. I also sent STOP to 121 but still I am getting charged.
Its very irritating and disturbing. The sms are a headache for me at the day & night. My money is getting wasted, Plz de-activate my service for cricket alert.

My mobile no is [protected], kindly stop these cricket news alerts AS SOON AS POSSIBLE or else i will file a complaint against you guys, this is very pathetic. I didn't activate this services then why the hell i am getting all this messages and Airtel is deducting money from my balance (i dont want cricket updates even if it is free)
Many more Airtel customers (above ones) are facing same issue so this seems to be critical problem. Kindly confirm once this is deactivated or i will take serios action against Airtel.

I dial *121*5# but there is no any reply.
I would like to stop this service but not stopping the service and keep on cutting money from my balance. Pls. tell me what to do???

My Airtel mobile number is [protected]. since lst 5-6 days i have been receiving a message that " AT - AIRINF Thank you for choosing Job Alerts" and " You have been charged Rs. 1.5 for 1 day" . But I didn’t subscribe any Job Alert . my no. is on roaming so i couldn't call customer care. so please help me to get rod of this.

My no is [protected] and i got a message from airtel AT-AIRINF saying i have been charged 40 rs for subscribing to hollywood gossip, and even told me the balance after the deduction.
Not only would i like an unsubscription but also refund as well

i'm recieving cricket news alert every ten minute and its disgusting.. please stop it .. the msg is coimg from AT-NWALRT
