[Resolved]  Airtel — Unsetisfaction with customercare

Respected Sir,



Sub : unsetisfaction with the customer care officer of Airtell



My Mobile no is [protected].I had call to customer care office to ask about my land line call rate...They told me that your call rate is 1 rs/min.

After that I call my friend on [protected] whis is a bsnl landline no.And my talk is 45 seconds.But I pay 1.80 rs.

After this complication I again call them and ask about this they told me "It is our mistake and we will send you your .80 paise back in 24 hours...After talk with them I again Call on same no and talk for 9:30 minutes...And the charge is diplayed 18 rs..

After that I again talk with the executive officer and he told me that you have same rate 1.80 rs/minute and we can not give your money back...

I want a legal solution this..How can I complain against AIRTEL?

I have talk with the lots of person named ARCHANA , Mohit of airtell customer care..I dont remember all the names.

I realy need a solution.And i have faith in my government...Plz solv my problem as fast as possible...

Airtel office.
sir . i kindly request you to please understand my problem i submited my veryfication three times and i have got no responce from office any of the sim dealer, and i just want you to check out the problem and please sort it out. Please i request you to do it faster it is creating too much problem to me. From Airtel office of sadar bazar (jhansi) i got no responce after i have submited to them three times my It's my sim no. i am using airtel connection my no is [protected] i tried to download a game thrice it was not downloaded and my Rs 150 was deducted . i loged a complain 7-8 times in customer care but they are confused and could not solve the issue... please revert back as soon as possible

Astonishingly, after spending around 15 hours on net during these days, I am yet to register my account.

Therefore, I urge, if for any reason u r not able to register my account, Pl, pl, pl send a sms to that effect so that I will stop trying for registration.

reason.
1.without asking me they have increased my credit limt up to 11000.

From a very bad experiance with airtel, after i have to take this action to make a mail to you.
i have taken the airtel postpaid connection in october 2008.iand i have cancelled the connection in 3rd
feb.2009, by making the payment of 1175.00

in the bill there was the payment of -39 rs.that i have to taken from airtel.but still the company has not relese my cheque.and again make the bill of my cancelled connection.
i had visited the customer care centre many time but they are not giving satisfy answer.

please do the needful as soon as possible.

my self vishal shah, well i m glad to tell u that on[protected], i called on 121 for qurey, they disconnecting my call for 2 times, so i m calling on 198 ( complain desk ), i talked with ravi, then he transfered my call to their superior and put me on hold, agan my call was dis connected, so again i call 198 and my call drop, what the bull it is, just tell me what i do, di me favour and do some strictly action against it, hope u replied me
