[Resolved] Airtel — distributor rough behavior | |||
I want to complaint against my AIRTEL distributor, as he is not giving proper services. He dont provide me recharge coupons on time,I have to call him several times for the delivery of recharge coupons and every time he make false promises,because of this my business is getting affected as I am not able to meet the customer's requirement. AirTel — Rough behaviour
My pre paid Airtel cell phone No. [protected] from which I cannot make any ISD call though having substantial balance over Rs. 3000/- (three thousand) for last two months I informed Airtel customer service but they did not pay any attention to my complaint even they talked with me very roughly and advised me to quit Airtel service.Accordingly I have bought a Vodafone SIM card but I shall exhaust the amount then dump the Airtel SIM card to in dustbin.
The Airtel Customer care executives are very rough and do not know any manners.
