[Resolved]  Airtel — Deducted money without any mistake

My dear sir,
people are known that airtel is the trusted co.,and he is the best for all,but i sout from an event,i recieved an msg from ad-atmovi,and was written,thank you for choosing sony tv alert,and just i called to customre care and my 5rs balance will refund,but i dont know 2nd time that what happen, again i recieved same msg and which time my balance was 2rs,and he deduct my balance,again i call to customre care and she says me your money will be refunded within 4 hours,but i dont recieved my money today has been spend,and i am trying to call to customer care,but no response came from executive .
My reference no.cbdwp[protected],registered on 31 aug 2012,at a time-5:12 pm,i requested to you pls resolved my complaint as earlier,my mobile no.[protected]
