On 04.04.2010, I subscribed for Kids Plus Top-up for 12 months for Rs.242.66. Bu on 02.09.2010, while activating for "Economy Advance Rental 12M Aug-10 NRC " due to their technical mistakes the services under Kids Plus top-up got de-activated.
After 2-3 complains for re-activtion of services, on 17.09.2010 Rs. 141.6 was refunded to my account. When I contacted the customer care, they could not justify the act and simply disconnected my calls.
I am really disappointed with the service and response of one of such leading brand and want an explanation of this. Was this information helpful? |
AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Terminated Service Before 12 months
I had taken AIRTEL DIGITAL TV package of 1 year free subscription of Rs.2600/- on March 25, 2009 from Jhankar Agencies and my services were terminated on July 1, 2009 at midnight.
