hi, i m rishabh malik from sonipat ... i used airtel digital tv.... the service given by them is very very bad...... from last two days it shows error code... wheb i complaint they cut off the call... wen v call they charged 12 rs. from our mobile number [protected]...

This is Neeraj Chaudhary From M/s Mobile World, Railway Road, Bazaria, Ghaziabad - U.P. (201001)

We have bought an Airtel Digital TV before more than one month By Activation Voucher Sr. No. [protected] and Activation Code no. [protected].

This Airtel Digital TV Have not been installed till date at our premises and For this problem your Distributer have been contacted a lot times by us; but he is unable to resolve this problem.

Therefore, you are requested to do the needfull asap and install the Airtel Digitel TV at our site or refund our money with bank Interest rate.

You are requested to resolve this problem within 15 days and take this letter as a notice cum prejuditial notice. If this problem would not resolve in 15 days and we will bound to take any kind of legal action against you because of your improper service.

I DID NOT GET TRANSACTION ID THROUGH ONLINE PURCHASING. I BROUGHT DIGITAL TV MORE THAN 4 DAYS By Activation Voucher Sr. No. [protected], Airtel Digital TV Have not been installed till NOW. NEITHER NOBODY CAME FOR INSTALLATION AND ACTIVATION NOR CONTACTED ME and For this problem I have been contacted a lot times TO SELLER MR HARMAN DEEP SINGH, SALES ADVISOR, PH NO -[protected] BUT THEY DO NOT PICK MY CALL AND GIVE ME INFORMATION REGARDING SETUP OF MY DTH ON MY HOME.
Therefore, you are requested to install the Airtel Digitel TV at MY site or refund MY money with bank Interest rate ON MY ACCOUNT NUMBER -[protected] .
You are requested to resolve this problem within 3 DAYS and take this letter as a notice cum prejuditial notice. If this problem would not resolve in 3 days, I will bound to take any kind of legal action against you because of your improper service.

VIJAY KUMAR I HAVE PURCHASED AIRTEL DIGITAL TV ACTIVATION KIT ON 16/May/2010 EVENING IN INTERNET AND I HAVE REGISTERED ON 17/May/2010 MY REGISTERED ACCOUNT NUMBER IS [protected] IN CUSTOMER CARE EXCECUTIVE SAID ON 19/May/2010 INSTALATION WILL BE DONE AT 11.00 AM BUT STILL INSTALATION WILL NOT DONE WHEN I CALL TODAY 20/May/2010 THEY HAVE TOLD ME THIS ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

I DONT NO WHAT RESION YOU ARE CANCELLED AND WHAT ABOUT MY MONEY

he misbehaved me...much.. urgent redressal required.....

Dear Sir,
when i open my DIGITAL TV, error code B0001.and each and every time gives message your digital tv is not recharged and if recharged then try to reopen set op box, ...i used to off and on many times at least 10 minutes, then it starts...
it gives me mental anxiety.. please resolve the problem...

In nut-sell, not satisfied with your reply...dis agree.
