[Resolved]  Airtel (Frontline Sales Pvt Ltd. ,) — Postpaid connection

Hi there do not submit any kind of docs and money to the above mentioned DSA ...i got a call from sangeeta (executive)..she said submit the docs along with Rs. 300.00 and service will be activated within 5 days..now it has been over 20 days not single intimation from Airtel..when i approched airtel.. thehey did not received the doc and the money..Again when i called that sangeeta (i never seen such an executive )..she given one more useless fellow's number..he said will check and revert..but he did not.then i called that guy..there is no response ..just attended the call neither he keeping on hold nor answering.. So please do not beleive in such kind of fraud company.. i lost my money and docs..Beware of these dogs like sangeeta and satish poojary

we had prepaid conncetion earlier.When changed to post paid all hell went loose.Airtel verification dept did never come to our residence. all docs submitted BSNL,Elec Bil, PAN card details,as per Verification deptt attracted us negative verification.our 500Rs submitted by receipt+balance now have to go for reimbursement by legal help.nobody knows or answerable in airtel, socalled managers included.

Hi Same thing is Happening with me MR. Vishal Had charge Rs. 300/- for Post Paid to Post Paid Portability Charges. But after enquiry with airtel gallery it knows that there is no charges for post paid to Post Paid portability. I am Absolutely fed-up With Frontline People For returning my amt.

Hi... same thing has happened with me also, docs were taken verification was done, security deposit of 300/- was also taken and now they are not responding. Frontline Salesmart pvt. ltd. is a fraud set up, no one should get into all this. I think if they are using Airtel's brand name then in a way hey are deteriorating it also. Hence if Airtel is not involved in all this it should check into the matter. These there are so many networks available that they will not even like to give second chance to Airtel.

Event same thing happened to me.. I raised a request in airtel official website for a post paid connection. A girl named Jasmine called me up, gave details and send a person names Praveen to collect documents. I gave him documents and 300 rs with assurance that number will get activated within 2 days. Its been 6 days now number is still not registered on network. He also gave me receipt of frontlinesalesmart pvt ltd. ... Now both of them are not responding and not picking up calls. But how come these frauds get access to requests raised through airtel official website?
yes same happen to me also. Ms. Suchita from Frontline Salesmat PVt Ltd called me to get a conncetion i submit the doc alogwith money. but i dong get the conection even after 1 month. I called her evary week but she tell me that ur application is in process. after 1 month she told me that the ur scheme is outdated so u have to fill up the new from. i fill up the new form and also give the money that time also but still i dont get a connection.

I complaint about them in Airtel Delhi ofc and warned the manager of Frontline Salesmat PVt Ltd that I will go to consumer forum if my sim is not activated. I told them to return my documents and money. As if they are fake they can misuse my documents. Finally after giving warning and sending messages continuously for 20 days... my sim got activated but with some other number.
BEWARE OF FRONTLINE SERVICES IT IS FRAUD.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE THEY TAKE Rs.300 & no response after that.
STOP USING AIRTEL go for vodafone.
AIRTEL IS PROMOTING FALSE & FRAUD COMPANY.

well i am in a similar situation, except that i paid 30 and not 300. I am also in touch with Sangeetha and Sucheta. Extremely useless and inefficient *******. Its been 2 weeks since i gaffe my number for porting. All I hear is it is being processed and will get activated very soon . I don't get it, why can't airtel directly handle customers. I am absolutely frustrated with this agency as there is no sense of responsibility. Can anyone help?
Yes these people are worse than stray dogs and not to forget the pigs of airtel. God save our country if such kind o[censored]neducated fools are handling such jobs
One of my great interaction with airtel started with frontline sale mart pvt ltd i had just come to mumbai and wanted a sim on urgent bases i came in contact with one mr satish he asked me for my doc on 27th feb and my card was activated by 1march evening

in an urge to start my business i wanted a airtel sim number i put an online request to airtel i receved a call from suchita she asked me for my id proof address proof and a photo on 26th feb she told me that my number will be activated by 1st of march but my number was activated on 28th evening to let you know i wanted my number to be activated by 1st well done to frontline sales mart pvt ltd
i will always ask all my friends to take an airtel connection from frontline only

One of the worst services is given by Frontline service.I wanted to port my number from Loop to Airtel, those stupid people took all my docs and was inform that to me that port will be done in 7 days. But after 7 days, my cell got switched off instead of Portability to Airtel.Also, they didn't give me Airtel port sim till now.(19th Mar 2014).Im continuously chasing those waste people to get my port sim, but those people are not responding. OmPrakash - [protected], Vishali and Nitesh - [protected], Vishal - [protected] are the executives were coordinating with me, they are from same department in Frontline, Andheri branch.


NOTE: *** These useless, non sense executives are good for nothing.Frontline service is spoiling the name, fame and reputation of Airtel.
Pathetic customer service. They have been hired by Airtel to do verifications for new connections. They are lethargic and slow in what they do. When you call them they make you run from corner to corner. To make matters worse Airtel Customer care say Frontline is dealing with the paper work. If customer has approached airtel its airtel's responsibilty to follow through but it does not happen.

Very pathetic experiance.
Wanted to port in Airtel. This DSA got a lead.
Picked up the docs and was asking for 250rs initially but I told it has to free so he took some 30rs. I think could be conveyance.

I submitted the docs on 30Dec and we are on 8th Jan 15. No response from DSA, no information on MNP status website.
When calls up the executive, he says will update and dont get any call...

Today after getting irritated on one executive I got a call back and learnt the code which I provided was wrong.. News to me, as copied the SMS and forwarded..

Very bad experience. UPC code gonna get wasted..

Do not waste time on these guys..
