Airtel — Cannot connect to 121

Sir, PLz check this mail and replay this mail to my id.sir my no is not cannot cannet to 121 so many times i have comp to cast care bust no reply msg sir plz slove my problem .

from 5th march to till now i can't contact cust.care service, why? i contact cust.care service with the help of others phones. so immidiet solve my problem. thanking you

Airtel — cant access the customer care officer

last one week i cant acess the customer care officer...when i call 121 at last an ivr says that "resent u r question in 130 charecter and sent to toll free number 121.how i access customer care officer

Yes, same thing happened to me too. At a point of IVR where it must get connected to customer care officer, it says- PLEASE SMS "AIRTEL" TO 121 FOR ASSISTANCE.

Airtel — Thinking that nobody can't do anything

My friend,pranai told me to recharge 98 (which is related to internet) to his mobile no [protected] .
I went to a retail outlet i recharged ,the retailer without knowingly recharged with the same amount.What happened is , actually with 98 amount there is no recharge exists,the actual recharge is of 94.
He didn't get single rupee balance or internet recharge.He told me about this.Then i called to customer care 121.They told me that not to worry just go to retailer and tell to cancel the transaction and get the problem solved.
I went to retailer and asked him to cancel the transaction.He called to know the procedure to airtel CC.He said this is not possible.Then i talked with retailer customer care executive they simply told me cancellation is not possible.
Complaint id given by airtel:[protected]

I had given money to retailer for recharge.
The amount already deducted from retailer account.
My friend neither got a single rupee balance or related recharge.
"Now where is my money?"

Sir,
This is to inform you that I am using two airtel mobile service for last three years. But recently when I contact customer-care from these two No; (given below) for asking some problem through dialling 121 and 198, I can't access to them. I dialled from another airtel mobile and telling my problem to customer-care. They say's with in few days your problem will solve. I contact airtel office in Kadavanthra, Kochin. They mailed to chennai office about my problem. To many messages are getting in my mobile from customer-care, telling your IVRP is working fine. Even for last three week I can't acces to customer-care. I think they are cheating me If anyone have the same problem and rectifed, please help !!!
