[Resolved] Airtel — Unable to check balance | |||
Dear Madam/Sir, I am using samsung GT-I5801 with my airtel no. [protected].In the begining days when i used my airtel number with this handset i got call summary details with call rate information at the end of the call.Also I was able to check my balance and validity.But now i am not able to check my balance and validity.Also i am not getting any message at the end of the call which will give information about the call rate.Please let me know what needs to be done for this problem.When i contacted the customer care they are not guiding properly.Also nowadays you people are charging for calls which we are making to talk with customer care exceutive,I am losing all my money in making call to customer care.Because after selecting the option to talk with customer care exceutive,its taking 5 mins to get connect with customer care executive.You are unneccessarily wasting our golden time with the cost of our money.
