[Resolved] Airtel — MOBILE NUMBER IS NOT WORKING | |||
Dated[protected] requested to PORT my RIM number ([protected]) to Airtel (RV9EBTIM), So I submitted all required documents to M/S Jakir Enterprise ( Rural Distributors of Airtel, Bethuadahari, Nakashipara, Nadia) after few days of submission my number is successfully ported. But now my number is stopped working due to not receiving of documents and M/S Jakir Enterprise ( Rural Distributors of Airtel ) closed their business with Airtel. I ask customer care for solution of this problem they said please go another distributor and submit your documents again. I want to know, Why I shall go to another distributor and why should I spear my time and money for their fault. Please take necessary steeps into the matter and oblige.
