Balance Deduction
Mobile No.-9829584089
This is airtel customer, Today (16/06/2012, 7:00PM) 45 Rs deducted from my mobile account balance and a stupid caller tune is activated,
So please remove this caller tone immediately and Refund My account Balance.

My mobile no. is 9893046044. On 5/04/2009 a 100 rupees was deducted without any message or information. I want a reason for deduction of balance from my mobile.

My Rs 99/- have been deducted ib 26 Mar 2010 without my knowledge I have complained against mobine No 9872198566 to cotemer care and they reply that my amount will be refund upto 31 Mar 2010 but not refund. I have a received a phone from Air Tel service on 02 Apr 2010 that they informed me your amount have been credited in your mobile but amount have not yet been credited. I have many complain in customer care but suitable response from your side have not yet recd. Please clearify the same at the earliest and refund my amount.

The Airtel mobile services are highly unsatisfactory.My phone no. is 09729257824. And the service provider deducted my balance at least Rs.170/- when I checked my balance on 06/05/10. Which is highly objectionable.I had to call somewhere urgently but could not due to balance only 52 paise. I am hightly harrased and demand a compensation of Rs.1 lakh. I complained several times but no solution is found. The complaint nos. are as follow : on 06/05/10 : 3050609501000, on 10/05/10:0510039841, On 13/05/10: 142328. Beware of Airtel Mobile services.They told I hired some alerts but didn't.

I have Airtel mobile connection for last 4 Years. But now days (past 1 year) they are activate one or more services on my mobile without my permission and charges is directly deduction from my balance.
Please help !!!!
there are doing same thing with everybody.

I have objection for Airtel
i have Airtel's prepaid no 7709606419. I have a problem with my connection. Some paid services are activate on my no. with out request every time when I recharge my no. I have revived massage of different type of services and every day at night my balance reduces...i have called 121 and 198 and also mailed to 121@airtell but they deactivate the same and within a day activate again and again. Why the airtell people doing so...i m customer of airtell because the network of the airtell is better in my city... but they taking its advantage from me.. and all other customers...
pls see into the matter and if possible intimate me...

Caller tune auto activated b45 rupees deduct automatically
when i called custommer care he told me a call coming for your side on 11:42 am Regarding activaation of caller tune
But it is false and he told me i cant refund your amount
tell me what will i do and take nacessory action

On the date 11-05-2011 I have been charged in total 70/- for some useless download which i never made. I just received two consequent sms from the number AD-54321 mentioning i have downloaded games from airtel live. Customer care guy told that there is no refund policy at all. At the time of receiving this sms i was using non-gprs supported handset. So no question arises anout my mistake while browsing. Please resolve earlier.

till the date no resolution took place. My complaint number is 20511800850. By the fear of another deduction i have not recharged my account. Solve the inconvinience earlier...

I am using Airtel mobile no 9971491478, from last 4 or 5 months i regularly facing the problem of unnecceary balance deduction. Many time i have put a mail on this issue to 121@in.airtel.com, but they refuse to refund my money. They regularly charged me for hungama content games, weekly subscription, airtel live, airtel mobile tv and lot more and i didnt use any of such service till now neither download any games from any of the site. many times the customer care executive assure me that they are reverting my money back to me but they didnt. I complaint many time but again and again same problem happening to me and none of the action taken from airtel in this issue. I want the permanent soloution of this and want my deducted amount which is 53 rupees back to me.

Hi sir/ madam,
I'm using airtel mobile 10 Rs were deducted from my a/c & when I called customer care for complaining about balance deduction they are saying that u activated some games on Ur Mobile. But I haven't activated any games or services on my number so kindly reverse the 10 Rs balance to my a/c.
