This is originating from Pakistan. Some one is trying to get our identity to use it for their purpose. Should not respond to these calls.

I got a call from Pakistan number .
Hi, I have got missed call from the same ISD code: [protected], Luckily I have suddenly read the forums and complaints against those missed calls and I have never called back.

I'm wondering that how those people got ours mobile No and they started giving missed calls? This is an serious issue as instead after giving several complaints and posts through internet for public awareness but NO action taken against this fraud event.

WHY???

Please look into this serious issue immediately!!

Thank you

Hi!

I also received a missed call today, 16.10.2012 afternoon @1:46 pm from [protected] while i was traveling, I called back after some time with out noticing the number, the person from the other end responded as he doesn't know English, but asked to talk in Hindi. When I asked about his details, he claimed calling from AIRTEL Cust. Care Center, New Delhi and informed that i was picked up as one of the lucky winners worth of Rs. 25L from Airtel subscribers in India. Also he disclosed my SIM card Number which is exactly the same, asked to check and revert for producing details towards further process to claim lottery money which is part of promotional activities of AIRTEL.

I was bit perplexed and later I realized that this is Pakistan's ISD code. This is very dangerous act if turns to adverse situations and making us (common Indian citizens) as victims. Hence, please do not respond to such calls unless you know them. I also demand AIRTEL and Telecom Ministry, Govt.of India that they should take concrete measurements to avoid such acts carried out by terrorist groups which is primary responsibility of Government and the vendor - AIRTEL.

Thanks & Regards,
