After being a successfull client for airtel ( with # [protected]) for more than 3 and half year, i have moved to an another service provider, because in Airtel there is no one to listen for you, there are responses to your emails and no follow ups from there side, whenever u call them , firstly they will not pick up, (their help line is pathetic) and even if they pick up they dont have either sufficient access or the sufficent...

I want to port from airtel to vodafone, but after me getting the unique porting number and submitting all the documents to Vodafone store, now i get message from airtel saying under "contractual obligation" to stay with airtel.

I wonder how can some force a contract on me to stay with airtel?

The worst part after 5 times me calling to Airtel, none of the customer care executive knows the solution, its...

This is Sandeep Kunjir, from Pune. Had intalled Airtel Digital TV HD DTH connection in August 2010. My customer ID is [protected]. The Set Top Box went dead on 12th of June 2011 and no further signals were received. When complained the Engineer Came and was told the Set Top box would be replaced with 2/3 days. Its 12 days now and still I am getting answers that I will have to wait for 3/4 days more as HD boxes are not available....

Close my sim without notice and blocked the balance of 500 rs now refusing to giving my balance too i have that no since 9 years now Airtel have become chor scammers ....... i have moved my all no to other network please be aware they customer suppot is waste spoke that do whatever u want we want give u money back ...
