After being a successfull client for airtel ( with # [protected]) for more than 3 and half year, i have moved to an another service provider, because in Airtel there is no one to listen for you, there are responses to your emails and no follow ups from there side, whenever u call them , firstly they will not pick up, (their help line is pathetic) and even if they pick up they dont have either sufficient access or the sufficent...

Airtel is not allowing to port away from airtel

I want to port from airtel to vodafone, but after me getting the unique porting number and submitting all the documents to Vodafone store, now i get message from airtel saying under "contractual obligation" to stay with airtel.

I wonder how can some force a contract on me to stay with airtel?

Disappointing After Sales Service

Hello,
This is Sandeep Kunjir, from Pune. Had intalled Airtel Digital TV HD DTH connection in August 2010. My customer ID is [protected]. The Set Top Box went dead on 12th of June 2011 and no further signals were received. When complained the Engineer Came and was told the Set Top box would be replaced with 2/3 days. Its 12 days now and still I am getting answers that I will have to wait for 3/4 days more as HD boxes are not available....

Not receiving 3G network at my residence

I am not receiving 3G network at my residence. Before purchasing the airtel 3G data card I did a feasibility check by airtel and they confirmed that I will receive proper 3G network at my residence. deduction of balance
