i Never get airtel bill to my mail, sending several time's of request

I faced the same problem. Paid twice. When it was reported to complaints center(by calling 198), they said that this is a known issue. Not sure if they even have any plans to fix this in the near future.

I have paid the airtel bill in online, After paying the bill the customer has to get conformation about the payment. But that is completely missing in your system.

kindly check and given me the waiver of late fee for the month of june...and confirm..
