SECURITY DEPOSIT & COMMISSIONS NOT RECEIVED SINCE 3 YEARS

We On-Target Solutions (Distributor for Airtel Pre Paid, Post Paid & PCO) had resigned on 18.12.2006

The resignation letter was accepted & signed by Mr.Karthikeyan (Zonal Finance Officer). Even after E Mails to the concern department and officials we are not been considered for our settlement claims & Deposit.

I would request you to kindly do the needful in this in high Priority to settle our Claims...

Regarding Airtel Plug to Surf Internet Connection

Sir/Mam,
I Ashish Anand a resident of Patna bought Airtel's PLUG TO SURF device. I was informed by the Salesman of Airtel in Airtel office at Gandhi Maidan, Patna that the connection would give me a speed of 236kbps. But since the day I have bought this device and been using it I have never got a speed more than 10kbps and sometimes the speed is as low as 1kbps. This is surely against their words and much lower than their speed...

ISD Deposit not returned

I am Airtel Mobile connection user for last 3 years. I have been very promptin payments. Recently as I was travelling abroad, I requested for internatioonal roaming. Airtel promptly told me to pay th security deposit which I paid immediately. After that the roaming was actiavted and after my comeback I requested AIrtel customer care (?) to cancel the international roaming and return my deposit. Discripencry in bill always

I have a airtel post paid number i am using it since last 4 years but i am never satisfied with the servies by the services operator dnt know why does Airtel does it

is it that airtel has got many customers or Airtel does not value the old customer

In fact i am fed up with airtel but i cant change my number that is the reasons why i am with airtel still now

Can any 1 give me a solution to this...

BLOCKED SIM

Sir/ Madam,

I regret to complaint that i purchased a post paid SIM No [protected] on 04 Jun 09.

On 11 Jun 09 the SIM suddenly vent out of service.
on contacting service center they said that since they made a call to my mobile to check my credentials and i did not answer. As such my no has been blocked.

On further asking them that OK i am now giving my credentials please release the blocking!...

ACTIVATION REJECTED

I purchased a new SIM from a nearby shop run by one Muruga at Reddiarpalayam in Pondicherry, who in turn had purchased the card from a dealer at Reddiarpalayam on Pondy-Villupuram Main Road and the phone number [protected] allotted to me was also activated. Airtel Broadband is not functioning properly

Our website www.packagingconnections.com does not run on Airtel Broadband network most of the time. The reason we understand that our DNS is not getting updated on their servers. It runs well on Reliance/Tatindicom/Airtel Mobile. When we colplain then they just say check your server but when we explain that its working on other service providers then they just give one complain number and do nothing. hi,

i hd requested for F n F facility for one of my family airtel number..but in my previous months meance in 1st bill that facility is not reflecting...i shld be charged 10 ps aer min according f n f facility but that is charged 50 ps per min, , , this is very disappointing.

Recharge benefits not given

Hi,

I have got the message for Airtel Validity of Rs 43 for 3 yrs validity, 24x7 10 paise A-A calling, 10 paise A-A msg, 25 paise other msg. and 38 Rs. talk time.

I recharged with this plan, I got 38 Rs talk time but now I am being charged Rs 1 / min, even when I call to my friends group. To this group previously a/c my basic plan I was being charged 10 paise/min anf to others Rs1/min

Deduction of amount on pretext of 'hello tunes'

I got a top on my account around mid May. Things were going smoothly when until 4 days back I got a SMS stating my HELLO TUNES service subscription will be renewed within 3 days. What do you mean?
I never availed your this service and got Rs 30 dedcuted for that. Things dont end here. Today afternoon i got a SMS saying my subscription has been renewed and Rs 30 have been deducted.!!!

Unwanted subscription of cricket alerts

One fine day, suddenly received a sms on my cell saying thanks for subscribing to cricket alert services and they reduced my balance by 30 Rs. After repeated complaints at 121 and also sending STOP sms to 121 and UNS to 52906 they r not stoping the serevice and keep on cutting money from my balance. Pls. tell me what to do???
The sms r a headache for me at the night. Should i stop using Airtel connection???...
