I HAVE CONNECTED TO YOUR EXECUTIVE. REFERENCE NUMBER IS F[protected]. HE DID NOT GIVE ME ANY CLEAR INFORMATION ABOUT MY DOUBT. JUST HE WAS SAID THE WORDS " PAY THE BILL IMMEDIATELY BY TOMMOROW EVENING". BETWEEN THE DICCUSSION , HE DISCONNECTED THE CALL. WHAT IS THE VALUE YOU ARE GIVING TO THE CUSTOMERS. IS THIS THE WAY TO TREAT US? FOR THE LAST 6 YEARS I HAVE USING AIRTEL SERVICES. I HAVE BEEN UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES FOR THE LAST 4 MONTHS. 2 MONTHS BACK YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE IS UNABLE SOLVE MY INTERNET BROWSING PROBLEM. LATER I HAVE CALLED SAMSUNG AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE AND I SOLVED MY PROBLEM. COMPETATION IS GROWING DAY BY DAY. EVERY NETWORK IS OFFERING SO MANY OFFERS. IF YOU CONTINUE TO GIVE UNSATISFIED SERVICES, NOT ONLY ME SOME OF THE UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS WONT STICK TO YOUR NETWORK. PLEASE TAKE ACTION ON YOUR EXECUTIVE WHO SPOKE WITH ME. AirTel — Unsatisfied with airtel customer care
Respected Sir,Sub : unsetisfaction with the customer care officer of Airtell
My Mobile no is [protected].I had call to customer care office to ask about my mobile internet which is not working last 12 days...They told this will be solved by tomorrow and daily increased the TAT.
i have suffered from lot of problem of these type of customer care service.
After this complication I again call them and ask about this they told me "please call us gprs helpline no. at 12133 then i call again this no. which was provided by the cust care. but no more necessery action would be taken.
After that I again call to cust care but now they are not picking my call.
I want a legal solution this..How can I complain against AIRTEL?
I have talk with the lots of person of airtell customer care..I dont remember all the names.
I realy need a solution.And i have faith in my government...Plz solve my problem as fast as possible...

Airtel — unsatisfied,bad customer care service
my airtel broadband bill of,month JUNE.... is not yet received, for that i have complaint in customer care, for 2-3 times.On that ,the person talking from you call centre had talked very rudely with me,
And the service of AIRTEL is very bad, and disapointed, unsatisfied,I am not happy with AIRTEL service.
If further this happen, then i am not interested in any of your service.

Airtel — I am unsatisfied with AIRTEL customer care
This is selva kumar from chennai working in LM wind energy pvt, ltd... we are frequently facing the issues form AIRTEL customer care.we have 12 CUG connections with airtel...Every month we are approximately paying around 10000 to 15000 rupees to airtel.Past two weeks before we have given the change of address to airtel regarding of shifting our office to some other location...From that day they are disconnect our connections frequently without any informations...Sameway they disconnected on yesterday evening at 6.50pm...we are dealing with our customers throughout INDIA...From yesterday evening we can't able to speak with our customer...also we couldn't able to get their calls too...
TOTALLY WE ARE NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH AIRTEL FOR THE PAST ONE MONTH...
