[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid — Complaints on "Airtel / Postpaid Mobile Bill "

This is Santosh Chile from Mumbai , a past holder of Airtel Postpaid Connection Number[protected].
On 12/10/2007 , i have disconnected my cell number[protected] for some particular reasons . I got a call from customer care regarding the same and they gave me a complaint id 14832805 dated 12/10/2007. After that i got a bill of Rs 85/- which i have already paid in cash to Airtel executive who had come to my house to collect the bill . Again in this month i 've got a bill of Rs . 380 /- for no reason . Today i again called up the customer care of Airtel for the same , again i got a complaint id 15262846 dated 17/1/2008. I am not able to understand the situation when i have already gave up my connection and also paid the necessary charges .

I request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible .

My self akbar ali my airtel postpaid connection no was [protected], i had taken postpaid connection previously .on dated 24/05/2010 i had deactivated my postpaid connection & converted to prepaid connection, i also paid my all unbilled & outstanding due i have cleared the payment of rs.5555 on dated 24/05/2010.the person who recd. my payment of rs.5555 tell me now you have no dues or no payment your postpais connection is converted to prepaid successfully & gave me a recpt. no.711720 of bharti airtel limited with no dues confermation on recpt.but after some time inspite of blocking postpaid connection u are sending false bill for months of june, july & august also .please stop sending of these bill of deactivated postpaid connection.
please sir give your attention on my problem & solve it as possible
i have no dues after clear my all unbilled & outstanding bill .my present contact no. is[protected] i want stop these bills wich are totaly froud & falls
Sir, My mobile number is [protected]. Every month Airtel is charging Rs300 for " Rs500 local Call Discount -Rent Rs300". which I never asked for. Please stop this additional facility & charge and pay me back the amount I paid (Rs 300/per month) for the last few months. Let me pay only the amount for Call charges + tax. I have raised a complaint regarding this vide complaint no. 33902255 on 12 Sep 10.Thank you.
Hi This is Rajesh Our airtel landline no is[protected], We taken the connection past four months back, it was working fine, suddenly the line was disconnected no information from airtel & i am calling everyday to airtel customer care, no responce, what i have to do now, shall i take any other connetion or what shall i do tell me, who is responceple person, i am very abset from airtel customer care,

Airtel Postpaid — Advance rental

I have paid Rs.899 on account of advance rental plan on 24th July 2010 wide receipt number 6517 in airtel authorised outlet CELL WELL (RT Nagar) for my mobile number [protected].

Airtel instead of accounting it in advance rental plan has used the fund to deduct in my previuos bill and charged the same 899 in my latest bill( Bill No[protected] dated 9th Sept). Now that they have misused the amount, I asked them to remove the 899 from this bill and I dont need the advance rental plan anymore.

Please guide me how can we go about this legally.
I have a post paid cug air tel no.[protected]. I wish to know about used numbers and my monthly limit.

I Tinku Bansal Resi. of Sunam Distt.Sangrur is using your airtel number [protected] from very long time.i got change my post paid connection into prepaid connection 1 month before.It was working properly from 1 month but it got stop suddenly yesterday.It shows sim registered failed.please activate my number either in prepaid or postpaid.all my work is stopped due to my number so please activate it as soon as possiable.

Airtel Postpaid — Wrongly Charged

I would like to bring in to your kind notice that , i am using airtel post paid connection for more than 4 years now, number is [protected]. i was told that after activating value added service, i will be charged 2.99 rupees per minute for outgoing ISD. Nobody has informed me that this will not be applicable if the number is in roaming . i activated this service on my number when i was in roaming still airtel executive had not responded correctly about the charges. It is requested to do the needful in this reagrd. i want to end this connection and already paid part payment as well which was justified. I would like to bring in to your kind notice that, i am using Airtel post paid connection for more than 7 years now, Number is [protected]. i taken only for R.S:1500 credit limit but they showing R.S:10536 unbilld Amount, now out gonig calls all so barred they infomed me R.S:10200 onece paid that amout ofter thay will cancel out gonig calls barred.No one has informed me crossed the credit limit.why i whant to pay more than the credit limit . It is requested to do the needful in this reagrd. i want to restart this connection, as well which was justified. i will pay 1500/- RS Only

Now i have cleared all the pendings and the dealer get a duplicate SIM for activating it again as the deactivated SIM cannot be reused once after the disconnection, so i got the duplicate SIM and i only possess both the sim but indeed the problem now is, neither my older sim nor the duplicate sim is activated yet but someone else is using the same number that i am possessing now.So kindly take action and help me recover my number.

AirTel — Regarding Post paid Mobile

Dear Sir,
We have informed that the mobile ([protected])was lost and kindly disconnect or block my number.But instead of that i am getting the bills,without the moblie being used.Even now the answer come as swtiched off.

We know have taken some other connection hence we are not interested any more with airtel.

I am Vinita Agarwal, an Airtel postpaid customer from Gurgaon. Few days back I received a Call for additional features from Airtel. The caller was Meenu Rai. I received the call from [protected]. When I did not show any interest in new features, she misbehaved and talked rudely about me to her colleague.

My complaint number is[protected]. I am very unhappy with the kind of reaction shown by that girl.

It would be very kind of you if you would disconnect the said number immediately.

Airtel Postpaid — Service Barred

I took a corporate postpaid connection in Jan,2011, i gave all the required documents and the service was ok. As i was not getting bill on my residence so i changed my address to office. My number was barred without my knowledge and any information. So, i went and submit the updated address proofs. After submitting the documents, i was informed that they still hav not received the docs, i told them the ARC where i submitted all my docs. After 1 week they barred my service, because they did not get my documetns. The problem was from there side, they do not have co-ordination. I told them so many times that i have given all the proofs, still my number is barred.

Can anyone help me in this regard.

Airtel Postpaid — Fraudship

Bill paid but amount not submiitted by the executive after that the service was discontinued on the no. taking query for service discontinuity it was told that some fault exists in sim and the sim was taken AWAY by the company after which no response yet has been obtained.All the receipts and forwaardings are carried with us.
This is RamPrakash from Bangalore. I had requested for cancellation of my mobile number [protected] in January 2011.Even in the month of April, I still have been getting bills. Why should I pay for your records not being updated?

Myself Anshul Jain, I am a software engineer in NCR region and my number is [protected].
In my current bill I have found an ISD call of 10:30 minutes is shown, with charges of Rs. 165.
The date and time for that is 26th March 2011 at 6:40 in the morning.
I would like to inform you that I don't have any connection, professionally or personally to SAARC countries that I will make a call there that too so early in the morning.
Previously also I found the same thing happened once and then after discussing it on customer care I got a reimbursement of Rs. 275 at that time. But now again it happened with me. When I call the customer care this time they totally disagree with me and said that I am lying. I would like to inform to Airtel that these 100 200 Rs will neither make me rich or poor nor Airtel. But all its doing is making me lose faith over AirTel and so if this issue is not resolved then I will switch to mobile portability.
I would also like to inform you that I can also move to consumer court if this issue is not resolved.

Airtel Postpaid — increment in credit limit

hey i have a airtel postpaid connection [protected].
my credit limit was first set as 1200.
then they incremented it as 1600 .
after 3 days they incremant it to 1800
it was really bad feeling about such a big company that they does such a cheat to their customer
and i m not going to submit this bill exceedind my credit limit with out my permission
