On 12/10/2007 , i have disconnected my cell number 9987 001624 for some particular reasons . I got a call from customer care regarding the same and they gave me a complaint id 14832805 dated 12/10/2007. After that i got a bill of Rs 85/- which i have already paid in cash to Airtel executive who had come to my house to collect the bill . Again in this month i 've got a bill of Rs . 380 /- for no reason . Today i again called up the customer care of Airtel for the same , again i got a complaint id 15262846 dated 17/1/2008. I am not able to understand the situation when i have already gave up my connection and also paid the necessary charges .
I request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible .
I was approached by a guy Santosh(09867050112) for a postpaid connection in Mumbai. I gave him Rs600 as entry fees and he vanished after this. His mobile is swithed off. I dont know what to do next. Looks like i have lost my money. Beware!
9940812703 I requested addon for this number on 24th sep 2007 by sending sms to 202 but still now it has not been activated. I complained to customer care many times but no one took it as words. Each and every time when i call them they say wait for 24 hours to be activated but they didnt do so. To my knowledge i waited for more than 6 24 hours . I feel irresponsible about your customer care. They are saying it has been activated but normal charges of Rs.1/min is going. Saying that we will take special complaints but none did it. I am totally dissatisfied with your servies. After all one addon you could not be able to activate whatz your responsibility over customer. Itz gona to be Oct 24 i mean past one month am struggling with your servies. If addon not activated to me MY WAY OF MOVING WIL BE ODD.
I had taken a connection of Rs.999/- rental under corporate scheme. But I have been charged Rs. 9,991/- by your M/s. Kashnic Solution, Kausambi, Ghaziabad. I had spoken to them over phone onn several occassions for refund of excess amount charged to me. But so far I have neighter received refund nor any communication from them. So, you are requested to arrange to send my refund of excess amount with interest, if any.

excess billing.... credit limit have been set & even a password confirmation registered but always gives excuses for more bill..... now more than double charge..... have complained to ARC personally 3 times but NO response ... phone complaints more than 2 times. but No Reply...... My Phone line is barred & I m getting harassment calls for payments on my other mobile No.
what is the remedy for the same.

I have submitted all my documents and i paid deposite also.
Till now not yet it is activated . Even though my phone is disconnected from last 20 days.
They are not responding properly for the same issue.
I have been touch with them every day but they not taking any action. And i went office also but even there receptionist also not responding and her behaviour also too much...
Please do needful..take necessary action.

Third class customer care service at Borivali (W) - Airtel - Postpaid Customer care
This is with reference to my mobile number which was converted from prepaid to postpaid on Sept 2007. The new simcard provided by the agents eem to be faulty. Hence could not dial/recieve any calls. Afte a month, i statred getting calls to pay monthly rentals. After explaining the same to the cust rep's about the faulty sim..they showed least interest and continued calling thrice a week for a month. I then reported this issue to the Customer care centre in Borivli (W) close to the railway station where i had to wait for 2 hours for my turn to speak to a cust rep. The cust rep (Leena) did revert back my rentals from Sept 07 to Feb 08, and suggested me to vist them again in a weeks time to collect the sim card. The worst part is i have been visiting them every week and they have just postponed it till date.
The issue is not resolved..Thanks to the attitude of customer care reps in Borivli (W) branch.
It is really very disgusting that a company like Airtel cannot hire professionals in their cust care team. If given authority i would be pleased to fire the customer care rep's in Borivli (W). One of the third class places you would never want to visit.
I purchased prepaid number on 24th april and was told that it will be activated with in 2 hours but it got activated by 25th of friday evening, but incoming facility to the number was not activated for whcih i complained again (aleast 10 to 15 times ) then after that the incoming facility got activated after 3 days (i.e on monday) and agian hte number worked for 2 to 3 days and again now all of its services were disabled and agian i have complained but still no response (hopeless service by airtel). Never expected this type of service from airtel as i am having 2-3 postpaid connections of airtel from last 3 years. But now after gone through such service by airtel will never buy airtel connection. and even i dont know what they did with by money i have recharged my number with 398 full talktime but no service is running. AIRTEL is such money eater monster. Customer care employees do not give any complaint number and when you call next time will say your complaint is now registered you have not registered it earlier so we will take another 24 hour to check this and this keeps on going!!! The cycle goes on. Really i get irritated and its disgusting to see such 3rd class services of Airtel.
I hsve a mobile connection of Airtel, the number is 9958791810. Yesterday, the outstanding amount showing in the mobile was Rs.125, after that I have received 11 messages, all saying that you are subscribed for Hello chat on mobile and Rs.30.- has been charged. After that saying Rs. 10 has charged. For your information, yesterday I have not used these things and the amounts are comping wrong. Kindly deduct Rs.100 which is coming wrong. Today the outstanding amount showing is Rs.235.
Kindly rectify this amount. I am facing lot of problem with this connection. Last month also, I have paid excess amount in the bill. If this will continue, I would like to discontinue this connection. Kindly see to it and correct the bill.
improper response by the call centre and excessively charged for a service - Airtel Mobile Services
i hav been charged twice for downloading a content from the airtel wap site.
I also am being charged Rs.5 daily for no gprs connection
and on calling the customer care the person asks me the balance that i had before downloading the content which i don't know
but i do have the msg sent by them twice for the content downloaded by me.
Airtel, India, offered me a second post-paid connection, against my existing one. They collected some money, and my PAN number.
Last night two things happened. A person from Airtel, called me and suggested that I should submit a few documents (address proof) to the nearest Airtell store and gave me a window of 4 days (as I said that due to my office hours I can't submit until weekend comes).
And they disconnected my outgoing call facilities too. This is the most ridiculus post-paid connection I have ever seen in life. I am an existing customer, the company offered me an extra one and didn't bother to inform me about any more documents and suddenly locks my outgoing facilities, which Airtel will NOT unlock until I submit them (as told my Airtel customer care service)
Billing inspite of repeated requests for deactivation of mobile number - Airtel Post Paid
I had given standing instructions to deactivate my Airtel mobile number 9730034791. I had also spoken to Airtel's customer care executives as well as those from retention department. I had send e-mails as well. Still airetel sends me bills for this number.
This is V.Rama Mohan having postpaid connection number 9959545599. I pay my monthly bill through mchek regulary from SBI credit card. When I looked my SBI card monthly statement Ifound my bill an amount of Rs.508.42/-is debited for five times and credited for two times. It is cleared that an amount of Rs. 1016.84/-is debited more. When I discussed with your customer care representative he advised me to lodge a complaint through email. So I request you to credit Rs. 1016.84/- to my account and settle in my next coming bills. Please conform the matter through my mobile.

I am a airtel campus card holder.
I have registered my complaint to the customer care atleast more than 7 times, that i am not getting the benifits of campus scheme.
For some campus cards i am costing 10 paisa and for some campus card i am cosing 1 rupee or 50 paisa.
Most of the time i cost 1 rupee or 50 paisa.
I have lost so much balance in this procedure while calling to campus, once i got refund of 3 rupee from you.
Please take necessary action otherwise i have to go to the consumer court.
non compliance of request for converting the post paid plan into pre paid plan - Airtel
I was alloted a premium connection from airtel for marketing 10 new connections of the co. in the month of June 2007.On 15th oct, 2008, as I was alloted a new connection from my office, I requested to convert my postpaid connection into a prepaid one at Kangra office . The lady manning the office makes different excuses and everytime I visit she gives a different reference for my required job.So far no action has been taken on my request by the co. Please immidiately do the needful failing which I will not hesitate to lodge a complaint with the consumer forum.
Few days back i have taken one Airtel postpaid connection. Many problems i am facing in that connection, in which i am jolting someone. When i used to make a call in any no. of BSNL, BSNL Landline or Vodafone, always the network is busy and it will take minimum half hour to make a call and also no one can make call to me from BSNL, Vodafone, etc. One more thing which come in my knowledge is local BSNL can make me call after puting "0" or +91 to make me a call. It's very difficult for me to change my no.
I have already lodged the written complaint in email@example.com & TM of Durgapur (WB). But they are not responded yet and telling me to change the no. because there is some problem which they can not sorted out yet. Please help me out.

I am using airtel post paid cell service for the last 4 months. I deactivated airtellive internet connection one month back.But stil some amount has been billed for mobile wap services.I placed complaints many times but not getting proper response.
From beginning, i had always an issue with airtel...
Call center do not give an adequate information and they never respond to the cutomers properly .This happens in the shop floor as well...They do not text me a relevant message and a relevant email..Both do not tally...
When a business talk is going on, the siganl cuts automatically no matter where ever your location is... They just cut my line i dont know for what reason without informing me as well...
Kindly, let me what will be the solution?????
