Complaints on "Airtel / Postpaid Mobile Bill"
unauthorised charges
This is Santosh Chile from Mumbai , a past holder of Airtel Postpaid Connection Number 9987 001624.
On 12/10/2007 , i have disconnected my cell number 9987 001624 for some particular reasons . I got a call from customer care regarding the same and they gave me a complaint id 14832805 dated 12/10/2007. After that i got a bill of Rs 85/- which i have already paid in cash to Airtel executive who had come to my house to collect the bill . Again in this month i 've got a bill of Rs . 380 /- for no reason . Today i again called up the customer care of Airtel for the same , again i got a complaint id 15262846 dated 17/1/2008. I am not able to understand the situation when i have already gave up my connection and also paid the necessary charges .
I request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible .

Very Poor Service by Airtel
I purchased prepaid number on 24th april and was told that it will be activated with in 2 hours but it got activated by 25th of friday evening, but incoming facility to the number was not activated for whcih i complained again (aleast 10 to 15 times ) then after that the incoming facility got activated after 3 days (i.e on monday) and agian hte number worked for 2 to 3 days and again now all of its services were disabled and agian i have complained but still no response (hopeless service by airtel). Never expected this type of service from airtel as i am having 2-3 postpaid connections of airtel from last 3 years. But now after gone through such service by airtel will never buy airtel connection. and even i dont know what they did with by money i have recharged my number with 398 full talktime but no service is running. AIRTEL is such money eater monster. Customer care employees do not give any complaint number and when you call next time will say your complaint is now registered you have not registered it earlier so we will take another 24 hour to check this and this keeps on going!!! The cycle goes on. Really i get irritated and its disgusting to see such 3rd class services of Airtel.

This is V.Rama Mohan having postpaid connection number 9959545599. I pay my monthly bill through mchek regulary from SBI credit card. When I looked my SBI card monthly statement Ifound my bill an amount of Rs.508.42/-is debited for five times and credited for two times. It is cleared that an amount of Rs. 1016.84/-is debited more. When I discussed with your customer care representative he advised me to lodge a complaint through email. So I request you to credit Rs. 1016.84/- to my account and settle in my next coming bills. Please conform the matter through my mobile.

My outgoing and incomeing was blocked, i called to coustomer care center number of times no one giving correct solution to me, you can auodit my calls from past 2weeks. i want to pay the bill can u please send my bill to email id- nandanaelugeti@yahoo.com, you can contat me by 9003124120.

Past 4 month ago i had taken Air tel postpaid conncetion - number 9717886677- i request & complaint to air customer care number 121 three timesm they are not seding me mobile bill at my address which i given in details, please do need full my expreanice is very bad with Air tel

i am a customer of airtel my no is 9987579182, my outgoing calls have been abruptly stoppped for reason not told to me.
when i went to the gallery they made me wait for 1hr and still could not tell me the reason.

sir i sachidananda biswal have mobile no-9810221768, a/cno-102-102727660, had taken postpaid connection previously 300 rented plan .on dated 23/03/2009 i had gone to airtel outlet for deactivated postpaid connection &converted to pre paid connection, also previous unbilled, .outstanding due i have cleared rs.1087 on dated 23/03/2009. now my prepaid activated .but inspite of blocking postpaid connection u are sending false bill for month of feb26 to25th march 2009.please stop the sending for bill of deactive of postpaid connection.false bill charge u have mentiond one time charge-699, pl. deduct from my account bill
699.month of feb-march 2009.i had not given request for advance rented plan -699, as contact with customercare executive they told to me after sending e-mail then 699 plan will active.i did not send any mail to customer care airtel.
i had planned converted to prepaid connection.please request resolve my issue, dont send any wrong bill of deactive of postpaid connection.please immediately cleared my matter, in which i will free from false bill...how it is possible, if i will active 699 plan then why i will converted to prepaid connection??????????.dated 23 march2009.

sir, please rectify bill of my deactivated postpaid mobileno.-9810221768.correct the bill, i had not given request 699 plan, if i will active 699 plan then why i would have converted to prepaid connection on 23/03/2009.??????????.plese resolve issue &take necessary action.no any mail i did not send to airtel customer care for active of 699 plan .pl .deduct 699 from my airtel bill of deactivated post paid account for month of freb26-march 25, 2009.

Airtel provides worst service in their billing process.
I have been cheated so many toimes by airtel billing departement. Every month I raised requests Three or four times and then I get some response on that.

This is your ridicules service, i am suffering for few days from your side, i have attend many calls from your side which was my may-2009 airtel bill was not paid, but i have already told them that i have paid and i have compliant many times in customer care.
but now you cut my all airtel no why because i am a loyal customer or Wat.
kindly re-open my all phone, other Wise i serender all my airtel no today it self.

i bought your digital tv on 2 may 2009 with the package of 1850 Rs which claim to be free for or be working for next three months..
BUT just after three days it stopped working...
i tried more than 100 times to ur call center but they were simply dodging or ignoring me..
After 15 days finally one of ur call center executive pick the phone and he says that my plan has been automatically changed to 2100Rs that means i was having negetive balance.He suggested me to add more money to continue the services, WHICH WAS SIMPLY NOT TOLERABLE..
But i was helpless to do anything else i added 100Rs more to my account...
Even after that its not working and showing that my card or subscription is not authorised...
IS IT A COMPANY OR JOKE, AS I FEEL LOOTED BY YOUR COMPANY PLEASE DO SOMTHING OR SUGGEST ME THE WAY TO RETURN THE DIGIBOX SO THAT I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK.
I ONCE AGAIN REQUEST U TO PLEASE LOOK UPON THE MATTER...

myself love sharma & i am not recived my mobile bill month of july. i was 4-5 time call to customer care service but they give me not satisfied answer & always tell me sir problem in a our systems you call me letar. so plz take action ASAP.

myself vinod, last two month am using ur connection . actually my credit limit is 1200, but last two days am getting my unbilled amount as 3000, ... reaaly i got shockkkkkkkkeddd, because, i used to check my calls and sms every day, used to keep track on my biil . last friday i got sms that my unbilled amount was 980 . but within 3 days, it comes to 3000...very shocking one. From 2005 to 2008 i was using ur airtel mobile... my no was 9895202709 and my crdit limit was 7500. and my status was HNI. after that i got tranfer to karnataka, and last may i came bck frm thr and took another connection from u .reaaly its shocking one, and if my case is not taken seriouyly, i wil stop using ur service...

Hi, I have been a user of Airtel netwrk since last 6 yrs & instead of seeing an improvement in the n/w, of to be called no. 1 mobile service provider, I am seeing day by day the n/w & services provided by airtel are becoming worst. I have been compalining about n/w issues at my residence & my work place since last 1 yr but no one has ever bothered to look into it. I have even written it to appellate of airtel but I am not seeing any response from them. Initially the took the area details about me but after that I havent seen any response from them. On calling at the customer care number to know about my complaint status, the executive had toldm e that the issue would be resolved by 3rd Of July. The worst part is no one even bothered to call me by 3rd of July to know what the issue is about. Now I have stopped paying my bills. Everyday I get payement reminder calls but not even once do I get a call to know the details of my complaint. I visited the customer relationship centre & they told me to change my sim card.But they dont wana do that till I make my payements.The n/w is so pathetic that when I call 121 from my postpaid number it gets connected to cutomercare of prepaid cards. The executive tells me it could happen if you go into roaming or cause of some n/w issue. How can 1 be on roaming within mumbai limits. This service provider is going on becoming pathetic dayby day.

i have recently purchased a nokia n95 and airtel sim is giving me problems e.g all incoming recieved itself and ougoing is bared but working fine on other phones and on same phone my reliance sim is working very good.

This is Srikanth from Warangal My Mobile Number is 900 010 2143, I was taken this connection last July 30th 2009 from Warangal MG road Relation ship centre given all proofs and they was enquired all of the details, upto 28 th Aug i get good network there was no problem but the thing is i lost my mobile at 28th of august 2009 at night i make call to customer care tell them to bar my out going calls they was barred my out going calls next day morning i went to airtel shop to take new SIM but they told me that it is not possible to activate ur number today be`coz my sign proof is not correct, again that day it self i was given another signature proof to them but upto now i did`t activated my Number .
And last 9 days i make call to C.care (from 9000900077)they told me that my number is activated the problem with ur mobile, at that time i was changed my mobile then also it is not working, another guy told me again ur proofs ...this is very IR Responsible care from you...
